Had my nose pierced today. The lady (I asked her name earlier but I forgot) who helped me was very nice. She explained the process thoroughly and and everything was performed in a clean manner. I highly recommend.

Such a bad experience, my friend went to have a nose piercing, first time the machine broke inside her nose so they rescheduled her appointment. Later when she went there for her nose piercing they pierced it in a whole wrong direction that it comes out by itself, and then putting it back is a whole new pain and trauma for her. Which shows that they don’t know how to do it perfectly.

EDITED: The business did reach out to us to apologize for the below experience and they were extremely courteous and fair in their dealings. I do believe it was a one-off incident and it does seem like this sort of a thing doesn't usually happen. Thanks for the apology and the gesture...My husband and I went to Caryl Baker at STC to get my baby daughter's ears pierced. The overall experience was just terrible. The woman who did the piercing was unprofessional and didn't explain anything to us before the piercing. When she started she seemed to be in a huge rush (even though there were no customers waiting) and didn't even bother telling us how to hold our baby properly during the piercing. After one piercing, our baby was understandably upset. Without even waiting for her to calm down she rushed to complete the second piercing and ended up missing the MARK! She had to take the earring out and pierce her again. So my baby had to get pierced twice in one ear!! The lady didn't even seem apologetic and just tried to blame us instead. At the end of it, she didn't give us a certificate or stickers or anything as they are supposed to give. Later we went on the website and saw that they do give certificates out for piercings. When we went back again, she gave us a certificate - again no apology, no acknowledgment of the fact that she'd missed it before. On the Caryl Baker website it says that they make the ear piercing a fun and memorable experience. This lady made no effort at all to interact with our baby or make us feel comfortable. The whole experience was terrible and I still feel terrible about it.

I brought my infant daughter here for her ears to be pierced. The staff were not only more friendly both on the phone and in person, but the piercing was done exceptionally well. The nice lady, whose name I shamefully forgot to ask, took her time, and did a very thorough job. Better customer service than Claire's

I took my daughter to this location on Aug 3rd to get her ears pierced for her birthday. We are repeat customers for ear piercing. They're attention to detail is amazing. The staff were excellent with my daughter as she was a little nervous. They were supportive and patient and her earrings look great. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

Visage is obviously lacking in makeup artists, went to this location today and the Indian lady who did my makeup did not do a great job, she kept insisting on what I would like, instead of listening to me. It’s obvious she’s not a makeup artist and even worst the price was $118, and I’m a visage member. At Fairview it’s $75.00, with my membership. A local makeup artist is $80 and ten times better. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

They pierced my daughters' ears at the same time. Gave her a wonderful certificate. Easy and looks beautiful.
