A contractor team with excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to work within your budget.It was a pleasure having Steve, Kyle and Bill work on our bathroom remodel. Steve was very professional, timely and honest about the scope of work. He did not hesitate to call and confirm details with me throughout the project. His initial estimate was close to the final cost. There were some additional expenses along the way (as with any project) and I appreciated how Steve and Kyle went about facilitating these conversations.The whole team was very friendly, easy to talk to and respectful of our home. Steve and his crew worked closely with me to finalize the final design for the space and make tweaks/changes along the way.Steve and Kyle were very quick to answer emails or texts which made things go very smoothly overall. Having had some different experiences with other tradesmen/contractors I very much appreciated OPS's attention to customer service!Will be calling them again for future projects!

OPS renovated our basement and we're very happy with the final product! They gutted it, leveled the floor, replaced old and rotting framing, drywalled, installed flooring, built and installed new cabinets, installed a partition wall, and did all this in just over a week.You'll see a lot of their work in reviews and on their Instagram but what we think is most important outside of the end product are the intangibles OPS brought to the job that you can't see in a picture.The whole crew (Kyle, Bill, and Steve) treated our house as a home, it never looked like a jobsite when they left at the end of the day. Their workspace was cleaned and their tools were put away so we could still easily access the laundry in the basement during renos.The crew was kind, respectful, and transparent which put our minds at ease throughout the reno. Not once did we receive a disingenuous answer to our questions (and we asked a lot). If their collective knowledge didn't know the answer to our questions they told us right away but then went the extra mile and went home, did the research, then came back the next day with a response.During the tear down they unfortunately noticed some electrical issues with an appliance which was out of their scope. Rather than have us deal with it on our own Steve brought in an electrician who came to check on the problem and managed to get it fixed without much fuss and without adversely affecting our budget.We're obviously happy with our new basement but we were pleasantly surprised by the experience OPS provided us throughout the renovation. How they conduct themselves on the jobsite removed any stress or anxiety we would have had and we're grateful to them for this.In a nutshell, if you're looking for a contractor who respects you and your home, is transparent at all times, and who delivers an amazing final product then give OPS a call and we're convinced you'll be as satisfied as we are.If OPS is reading this, thanks again guys!

I had a design in my mind for my TV wall unit and I was looking for someone who can bring my imagination into reality.I looked at Ops Contracting work on Insta but there were not a lot of information or pictures but I still went ahead (not sure why) with them.Steve came to assess my design and area where I wanted the work to be done.He assessed and provided estimates.I liked the estimates and then Kyle who is the project manager came in to finally discuss and decide on the design. I asked if we can cut cost somewhere and what I liked was they mevet forced me into paying kore if that can be done less, he suggested some of the best cost cutting ideas.Steve, Kyle and Mike came to finish the work and they were so professional and at the same time it was very easy to communicate with them and it felt like family.The design was very unique but they finished it in 4 days and the final look that came out was so beyond my imagination. They surpasses my expectations with more than 5 stars.I am very glad that I went with them and I trusted them.I highly recommend their services.

I hired OPS to do some renovations in my home and I was beyond impressed with them. Steve and his team have excellent communication, they are extremely organized, on schedule, very respectful, and super tidy! I am a real estate agent and only refer contractors I've worked with first hand. OPS is my go-to for clients and I only receive excellent feedback. I am confident passing OPS's name along and would refer them for any job, big or small.

We called OPS for a full reno of our kitchen and all new floors on the main floor. Right from the very beginning they were great to work with. Always showing up on time, listening to our vision for the space and answering our many questions!The work they did was absolutely incredible. They completely changed the layout of our kitchen and gave us great suggestions along the way for how we can maximize our tiny space. Not once did we feel pressured to do something a certain way or something out of budget, as they always brought us many options to chose from that worked with what we wanted (and our budget). We also really loved how after everyday they worked, they’d also do a big clean of the space so we didn’t have to worry about dust, nails/staples, or any of their tools being in the way. It was hugely appreciated and made the reno that much easier to live through.Steve, Kyle and Bil were all professional, knowledgable and so easy to work with. It’s hard to find contractors you trust but the team at OPS treated our house/project as if it was their own and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Not to mention, they finished the whole reno in just 3 weeks!Would 100% recommend!

OPS did a full renovation of our main bathroom and we’re thrilled with the result. Steve, Kyle, and Bil were friendly, professional, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision, made helpful suggestions, and worked to deliver excellent results within our budget. What a pleasure it was working with Steve and his team. OPS team were punctual. If they were to arrive at 8-am, they arrived at 8-am! Steve and his team are good communicators. I mention that in particular because I was working with Sarah from Head Turner Design on my kitchen reno. Steve and Sarah worked and communicated very well together. Steve also ensures that all trades tidy up their work area before end of day. Steve always said - just want to make sure you're happy. As it turned out he is a man of his word. I literally had two very small paint areas on my bulkhead that needed touching up. No problem. Kyle arrived and touched up the two very small areas! I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and the OPS team.

Wonderful company! Would highly recommend them. They installed the foundation for my shed and came back after the shed was complete to anchor it down. They were polite and friendly to deal with; also knowledgable, professional and very helpful. They were easy to communicate with and got the job done in a timely manner. The price was also very reasonable, even competitive with other companies I researched. Can't say enough about OPS. I'm very pleased with their work.

Steve and his crew at OPS Construction built a fence for us and I am totally happy. From start to finish they were all very friendly and answered all my questions promptly, completely and professionally.. They took great care that my dog was safe and secure during the construction, that meant a lot to me. They worked with my ideas and and getting the job done right was important to them as it was to me. I will certainly use OPS again for other projects!
