Colin came and gave us a quote on cleaning carpets, hardwood flooring, tile cleaning and polishing of marble entrance and bathroom floors, bathroom floors and grouting. We found them to be punctual and professional putting their hearts and soul into what they do - we have found our new go to company. We are very pleased with the results and they returned the next day to tackle a few stubborn stains that did not life on the first round.

This company is one of the best I have ever had work in our home. We had Thomas Petts and company clean and grout our shower, and it turned out looking like new. They also cleaned area rugs, and wall to wall carpeting for us. Everything was done well, the fellows doing the work were friendly, efficient and careful to clean up after themselves. There is no doubt who we will call next time we need any of the services they offer.

We had Carpetizing clean our residential building. It had been years since the carpets had been cleaned, which means there were tons of stains and discoloured areas. I was very impressed with the end results. All of the stains had been removed and the colour is awesome. As well as the men were very polite, great workers and focused on what they were doing. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

We hired Carpetizing to clean the grout and mineral buildup around our pool and hot tub at our strata building. They did a fantastic job. We also had our vinyl floors cleaned and sealed. Professional, reliable, definitely recommend!

After partially flooding my basement, by turning on a tap in a plugged sink and walking away for an hour and a half, I had ruined the expensive wool carpet that does not forgive stains easily. I was expecting to have the whole carpet replaced with restoration but thought I would give Carpetizing a chance as they advertise about water damage. They arrived within an hour and a half of the initial call, ready to start working on what I thought was a hopeless, expensive fix. Lo and behold they have the carpet looking fantastic! No stain! They measured for residual moisture too as they explained the steps of the processes! On time, professional and quick they were able to save me a few thousand dollars easily. Thank you! Thank you! Colin went above and beyond to remove and sanitize a pet stain on our area rug. He arrived at our home literally a couple of hours after I phoned, on Saturday morning. His work was excellent. Not only did he completely remove the stain, he said that after it had dried if any marks remained, he would come back and sort it out. There was no need, it looks like new! I will recommend to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.
