Super 8 by Wyndham Swan River MB
As far as Super 8's go, this was a clean and decent hotel to stay at. We were here for baseball provincials and enjoyed our stay. Only negative was that the TV was really only watchable in standard definition, HD channels lagged to the point that they were unwatchable.

Hotel staff was polite and efficient.Linen was fresh.However the hotel room walls are paper thin. I was kept awake until 1am by noise from adjacent rooms. Even a flushing toilet from the room above could be heard in stereo. The over all tab came to over $170 for a single night, which was too expensive given the experience.

This is a Super 8 in small town Manitoba so don't expect 5 star luxury. But the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff helpful and polite.

The wife and I have stayed here several times and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The rooms are always neat and clean and well stocked with soap shampoo and towels. There's coffee in the room which we always appreciate. The continental breakfast is very good however could be improved on as in Kalispell, Montana, where we stay four times a year at a lower price. But, things can always be made better if management has the will. The price seems to stay constant all year, unlike other Super 8 locations that do fluctuate up by $150 in the Summer. This is a good place to stay at a reasonable price and doesn't disappoint. Highly recommended.

I was stranded in Swan River for3 days. There are no car rental places (I did not plan for THAT eventuality) so was well and truly stuck. This hotel is pretty much the same as any other and the staff was fairly typical too. I don't think there are any decent rooms under $150 a night anywhere, so I wasn't fazed by the price. What stood out for me was the cleanliness of the place. Amid everything that was going wrong for me, at least I had a sparkling clean place to sleep and bathe.

Nice clean roomy rooms. Very clean and check in was fast and friendly. Lots of parking. Mattress was comfortable had a decent sleep.

Compassionate rate is $150 per night which is $90 higher than other Super 8 standard rates and $25 higher than a hotel down the road with a pool and restaurant.We will not stay at this hotel ever again

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Never took advantage of the breakfast or coffee but it all looked good.Rooms were quiet, didn't hear any neighbors and my room was the wheel chair access room so the bathroom was equipped as such.

We had a small wedding here recently in the meeting room. It was lovely. The employees were excellent. Very helpful and very friendly. They worked together with the caterer and it all went perfectly. The hotel was decorated nicely for xmas so took beautiful wedding pics. The hotel suite we had for the night was large and very very nice. I recommend this facility for anyone wanting a lovely get together with family or friends.Sheree S
