I had my Dryer looked at and it was diagnosed with faulty sensors. We asked for them to be changed if they were faulty. I don't know of the diagnostic work performed. Changed the sensors (apparently) on the second visit. Ive spend $500 and no one stayed to check if the dryer was working after they were replaced. I'm not sure how someone doesn't verify there work when complete. Problem still persists. Very unprofessional. Ive emailed them kindly for a call back with no response. Extremally disappointed with the service. Be Careful.Tom

Fast and reliable service! We called these these guys on Saturday when our dishwasher suddenly stopped responding and a technician came just a few hours later to diagnose the issue. They ordered a new part and came back on Monday to fix it.Thank you Guy!

I am so impressed by the fast and professional service I received from this company. They came within an hour and had the dryer fixed in no time. The service tech was polite and left everything tidy. Everything was as it was said it would be when I booked. They even give a 3 month warranty on the work and this is not a fancy new machine. The majority of the service call was applied to the final cost.

Zack was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly how to fix our fridge and also took the time to help me clean the base of the freezer which I haven’t been able to access. He showed us how to replace the filter and also take out the drawers so we can clean. Zack did a great job!

Guy, the service technician arrived on time a quickly diagnosed the problem with my Samsung front load washer. It was a failure of the main drive bearings. Guy was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He advised that, due to the age of the appliance and cost of the repair, it was better to replace it with either a new or used unit. He indicated that a sales person would contact me shortly with options. I would recommend Guy for any appliance work.

Our washer started to leak in the last 2 days and we were quite worried as we had a difficult time to move it even a little. I called this morning and Zach showed up the same day! Great experience with Electrafix! Their techs really know what they are talking about, I’ve had great experiences with them. Zach was able to quickly diagnose my issue, and explained next steps. Thanks Zach! Mixed results with people running the phones - delayed quotes and emails make it hard to give 5 stars. Overall a super positive experience and a company I recommend to others. Harjit was also great when he delivered and installed the new appliance.

I needed to have my Vent-a-hood fan motor and blower replaced, and ElectraFix was in touch with me promptly from the time I first contacted them to when I received the new parts I ordered from Ontario. I called Electrafix back the day the parts arrived, and their installer Zack came the same day and installed the new parts, leaving my fan working perfectly. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He got the job done efficiently and put on his shoe covers when inside without me even having to ask him to do it. The job was a bit tricky, with hard to reach access, but Zack never wavered and kept at it with the right tools and know-how. I highly recommend him and ElectraFix Appliance Repair.
