Very disappointed. I had booked a mani pedi appointment a week prior but when I arrived at 2:15 pm, I was told my appointment had been cancelled because the staff member was sick. Had I been notified in the morning, I might have been able to get an appointment elsewhere but because whoever had taken my appointment request had taken down my phone number incorrectly, I was not called. I rebooked for the following week but received a call 1 hour before this appointment to say the staff member was not available and my appointment was cancelled again. I do understand that this was due to an unforeseen event, but the only option I was given was to rebook.. I thought perhaps I would be offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but nothing. I will be going elsewhere.

It was my first time in final touch my husband had bought me a gift certificate for mothers day and I was very excited to use it as my bottom of my feet had calluses I was dying to get rid of! I recieved the spa manicure and pedicure and was extremely disappointed my nails on both my toes and fingers were pretty much ruined immediately! I had basically no massage and callus work done! I pretty much just got a soak and nail polish put on. Which I felt I could do better myself honestly. Salon was clean and the foot scrub that was barely scrubbed on my feet smelt amazing tho. Over $100 and I'm extremely unsatisfied. I thought my nails would at the very least be nice :(

I bring my 91-year-old mom there for a manicure, she loves it! They always make her feel very special and beautiful, and do a great job. Reasonably priced, very good service., and very patient.

This was honestly the best salon experience that I have ever had. I called back in March about having myself and my bridal party go in on the morning of the wedding for us all to get our hair done. They booked us 6 ladies in without a problem. They recommend coming in before your wedding for a 'updo trial' that way the stylist will know what to do the day of the wedding. Well I just had my 'updo trial' and I left speechless. Heather was absolutely fantastic. She started by giving me half a head of highlight and she ended up getting me more blonde then we anticipated because my hair was dark, and she created an absolute masterpiece when it came to the wedding updo.I am beyond excited to see Heather on Saturday and to have her do mt hair for my special day!If you would like a experience to remember I highly recommend going here!(Note the picture has stray away hairs and that's because it was the trail. The day of the wedding it'll be perfect)

Had my extentions done they charge 3 times the amount that other places do I've lost 12 pieces in a week and a half it took them twice as long as other places not impressed and wouldn't recomend them

If I would have read the reviews beforehand I would not have booked an appointment. Luckily I had a much better experience than most. Rebecca, a fairly new esthetician was wonderful. She was a conversationalist and showed attention to detail. She was gentle and ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied. Other than being a bit more pricey than I was used to I had an overall great experience. That atmosphere was nice and with the discounts offered the final cost turned out to be rather reasonable. (25% off) I was even able to purchase Nail envy, a product I love and have a hard to time finding in this area. If my pedicure lasts I will likely return.

I attend classes and use the gym. Instructors have great energy and encourage you to be the best you can be. The gym has good equipment and if you need instruction on the proper use the trainers are very helpful. I also use the services of the hair salon. Bethany does a great job with my hair.

I was disappointed with my visit today. It was my first time here and I called to have a mani/pedi and I told the receptionist that I had gel nails and wanted a fill. I was told they don’t do gels so I asked if they could remove them and was told yes, that wouldn’t be a problem but it was $45.00 extra. I agreed, and made the appointment. I had my pedicure done first and it was basically a colour change, no foot scrub etc.. a foot soak and polish change. Onto removing the gels and after soaking in acetone and drummelling and filing for 20 minutes or more I was told they could not remove them as they didn’t have the proper equipment and filing would take too long. I was given a polish over my now ruined gel nails. I really wish I was told they could not remove them and I would have booked elsewhere. I was not charged for a manicure nor should I have been as my nails look terrible now. I definitely won’t return. According to the spa brochure gel nails is a service which is offered so I do not understand what the issue was.

Amazing hair salon! Highly recommend Victoria Especially if you want Fabulously blonde highlights! No brassy colour nice, highlights were tight to the scalp! First new person / place I’ve tried in 15 years & I am blown away by quality of cut, colour and service! Victoria has a new customer for life! Victoria even stay late to do my highlights even though I was late to the appointment amazing. Plus what they are charging is an incredible value for the amazing quality work they do! Look forward to trying out the spa treatments!
