Been waiting 2 months for my results- called and left a message - no return call - my Doctor has emailed them requesting the results…crickets!!! Go somewhere else…resorting to calling Ministry of Health to complain since service was covered by OHIP - subtracting 2 Stars….so score is -6 Stars!!!

Had a sleep Study Done At The Paris Location And Have nothing but Good things to Say about my Experience. The Technician was very Helpful with any Questions that I had and informed me of everything she was doing and what was being attached to me.I see A lot of Negative Reviews here about the Noise at Night while sleeping and yes I heard that before I fell asleep but you are not the only person there having a sleep test done and they have to tend to the 4 -8 other patients that are there waking up to be unhooked to go to the washroom or fixing a connection that came off during the night.Sure the bed was uncomfortable but this isn't a vacation at a resort...All In All it was a good experience and they did their Job.

Go to a different lab!The night staff was quite nice, very friendly. The process and doctor however - horrendous.I did an initial sleep study in Sept 2020. The doctor gave me the results over the phone, gave me suggestions on things to try. Or I could get a CPAP machine.Decided to try every suggestion listed for 1 year - no change.Called back to enquire about getting a CPAP machine, the (new) doctor was not comfortable using my sleep study results from the previous year (even though NOTHING has changed over the year), he kept saying its been over 1 year (it was one year two weeks since the initial study). He kept responding with I have to ask my supervisor" when I said I don't want to do another baseline sleep study. He didn't budge so eventually I said fine book me for another test and he said he would. One year passes - no contact from the clinic and I had to ask my family doctor to send another referral. Finally I get an appointment (over two years since the initial study). I guess this doc changed his mind and booked me for a sleep study with CPAP test instead. Four months later still have not heard from the doctor regarding my results. I'm still tired and waking up with headaches. It's now 2023

I realize a night shift is not ideal but it would be helpful if the people setting you up for your study had better bedside manners. I was told that a positive attitude would get me through this when I was expressing anxiety. I have IIH and I am sorry but no amount positive attitude will help you sleep when you have a chronic condition and you are used to having an orthopaedic pillow to sleep comfortably. The pillows they have are terribly flat and I have had much better pillows in a hospital. The experience was less than stellar simply because of the nature of the circumstances to begin with but comments like that don't help.Hopefully I am not waiting an insane amount of time for my results.Update: I waited 7 months (Sept to March) for my results which I find to be a crazy amount of time especially if your condition appears to be severe which the doctor said it was. In that time I had other changes medically which basically meant I could stand to be retested. I think I will try the sleep clinic at a London hospital if I have to do another one. I requested a print out of my results for my neurologist (which they gave me) and that I would make a decision regarding a CPAP after speaking with my neurologist in June. The doctor didn't appear to like that answer because he then proceeded to tell me that they could cut off my driver's license due to the severity of my sleep apnea and that I shouldn't wait. At which point I asked him if that was the case: 1) why did they wait so long to give me the results? 2) I told him that it would be extremely negligent of them to let me drive a motor vehicle after the sleep study knowing that I slept so poorly. He seemed to accept my decision after that response and I said I would be in touch. The staff at that appointment were great and he was ok after he knew I obviously had a plan in place and I was not backing down. I guess the point is that you need to go into the appointment prepared, ask for a copy of your results and make sure you don't get walked all over. My overall experience there has been so-so.

I had a great experience at the clinic for my sleep assessment in January however communication with administration or anyone for booking and follow up is absolutely unacceptable. I've had to revisit my doctor to follow up on the status of my initial booking and a month after my study had to have my doctor follow up on the status of the report, which was noted as incomplete/ awaiting review or something. When I did review the results with my doctor in March, I was told I had to contact them to book an appointment - my doctor indicated the report was very unclear. I have been trying since March 22 and called 6 times today without getting through. As I was writing this I did receive a callback and as I'm considered non urgent it's apparently over 12 months to book see a doctor for next steps. I am baffled. Not only is my sleep quality being affected so is my partner's and he's becoming very upset and aggressive from lack of sleep - he's often said he can't do this anymore which could land me in urgent need of housing... I've woken up from him punching the bed in his frustration. There is a reason sleep deprivation is a torture tactic. I wouldn't have gone to my doctor about this if it wasn't urgent...

I felt the need to write a review because I was terrified coming in by all the reviews. I got in really quick. I called for an appt and they gave me a cancellation appt for that night, the lady who assisted me was really nice and the process was smooth. I have called for my results and they called me right back to let me know they weren’t in yet but they would call right away. So far the process has been pleasant.

If I could give a zero I would rather have done that. I waited just shy of 20 months for an appointment. I had my sleep study and told I would be contacted within two to three weeks in regards to my results. It’s been three months now and Ive called many times to no avail and left voicemails and no returned phone call. Disgusting the lack of compassion this place has. Side note, the actual sleep study staff were great…everything else, brutal at best.

It takes soo long to get a fellow up appointment after the first test. After talking to our family doctor several times and she sent emails to them, my husband finally got in after a year and a half. The prescription was supposed to be 2 weeks after that…??? And it’s been 5 weeks now and still nothing. Also when you call, there’s only the answer machine and they seem to never find the time to call back. I don’t get it!

After taking a year and a half a study, when I went in, the tech did not know which study I was having done. The communication was awful booking appointments and getting my results. I had to go into the office for my appointment so they could set me up virtually with the Dr. But they refused to allow me to do it virtually from home/work. I was then booked for a second ‘urgent’ study and 3 months later I have heard nothing about results and they have not returned calls. They are rude and disorganized.

I've never gotten through to anyone through their telephone number no matter the time of day or day of the week that I've called and always have to leave a message and I imagine leaving a message is in itself confusing for most people. When you leave a message you are left with 3 choices after hitting the pound (#) key.1. Review your message2. Change your message3. Delete your messageSo I usually just hang up without knowing my message has been sent.Missing is #4. SEND YOUR MESSAGE...I usually get called back about 50% of the time. And never really know if my messages are received...
