Hockert's Cleaners-Launderers

Terrible laundromat terrible's not even a good enough word for it total ripoff hardly any water in the washing machines and the dryers can be $2 before you get out of there I'm going to have to start driving to another town to go wash clothes it's outrageous that's the only one in town so they know they can screw you.

Clean. Quiet - minus machine noise. TV wasn't overly loud.

The workers are very friendly, and the place is very clean and well laid out. They do a very good job taking care of dry cleaning.

Clothes are cleaner than when I beat them on a rock at the river bank.Dryers dry with plenty of quarters

This place is only getting 1 star, because it's not possible to rate it a 0. Bathroom is always lockd, machines are older than dinosaurs, never an attendant on duty, lucky if a dryer gets hot, always dirty and unorganized. Only good thing is they're open 24/7. Too bad it's the only 1 in town or it'd be out of business fast!

Friendly staff. Varied sizes of washers from small loads to 45# capacity. Prices are reasonable. You can get dry cleaning, alterations, and other services. Hours open are very good for all schedules. Free WiFi, snacks to purchase, TV... while you wait.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Hockerts. I always bring my suits in to be dry cleaned here. Things are always done when they say they will be and the staff there have always been polite.

I dropped off my daughter's jacket in November and just now after I called someone tells me it's ready. The lady was very rude on the phone when I called and then when I got there a man helped me and he was helping me she made the comment well it's been here since November " and then I made the comment "no one told me it was ready!" Then there was an older guy beennhelped by the lady and another guy and the guy said he will go somewhere else and then lady made a comment t from a spot where she could t been seen from the desk but could still here " good" she said... just very rude to elderly people and seriously call a person when your done with their items!!!"

As the only dry cleaner in the area, I have used Hockert Cleaners for several years. While they have never seriously damaged anything, they have twice lost a piece of clothing. Both times they were adamant that it wasn't possible, yet both times the missing item eventually showed up (long after the event it was needed for).I would not recommend them for cleaning high-value or time sensitive items. Save yourself the headache and go to Detroit Lakes.

Service was great and the food was exceptional for the area! I was very impressed all around
