Went there last 3 days ago after booking appt, had to wait 40 mins, and then what I get is this, I booked appt for Manicure and Shellac, she said i dont need Manicure and did the shellac in 15 mins because her other client (expensive) was there. She just rushed everything she dint remove the existing shellac nicely and applied new one over it which gave my nails the ridges and you guys can clearly see in the pictures. I saw Michelle, When i went back to show her the after result, she said its my nails - my nails are like this. FYI- this is not the 1st time M getting my nails done. She dint fix my nail , dint refund me. sorry to say but this is the worst place I have been to. And yes Manicure was required. Dont tell your client what they need and they shouldnt, we know whats best for us.

Got my nails done Two weeks ago week in and to get 2 nails fixed because they didn’t even file my nails to put my new set on and now I have Majority of my nails popping off from the tip because there not connected to my nails anymore, and they want to charge me $10 per Nail when I just got this done two weeks ago so clearly their products are not very good and every time I go in there somebody in there getting their nail fixed so what does that tell you. There money hungry so bad that they have horrible customer service will not be returning so I can be Ridiculed in their language.

hanna) is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. She cares & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah was amazing and went above and beyond. She took her time, even with the she wasn't done and the salon closed. I didn't feel rushed at all! I showed her several designs for my nails, and she chose the one she wanted to do, and it turned out amazing!The entire staff were so nice, and getting to chat and get to know them was wonderful!I cannot recommend this salon enough! Friendly, attentive, and positively amazing at what they do!

Garbage place with horrible employees.After I paid for my service, I tried to speak with the nail technician about the bumps and how I didn’t like my nails, she tried to argue with me. Manager told me to come in and get it fixed, no one had a clue about that being the managers message so I didn’t go, neither will i ever go again.Look at how UGLY the nails, so embarrassing. I had work right after this.Rude, lack of professionalism & terrible customer service. They sit there and talk smack about you, it’s just funny tho because these are grown 40/50 year old women.I’d give it a 0 out of 5 if I could, don’t go here

Got my shellac done but came off next day .then she just fixed and again came off next day worse than regular nail polish.worst place

I think Nail Studio is fantastic! So many colors to choose from and everyone is friendly there. They have the massage chairs while getting pedicures if that's your thing. Call ahead to book a time, they are typically busy during peak times, but also accommodating for walk ins as well.As for the pedicures, I always get shellac done and it always stays perfect never any chipping! My nails always look great after leaving, they do an amazing job cleaning everything up. I live out of town and drive into Calgary just to go here!

I do not recommend this place at all. I booked an appointment for powder nails, the assigned lady was not at all experienced/skilled , it took her 2 hours to do the nails, and for the nail art she tried multiple times and wiped it every time with her fingers as she could not copy the design, the nails were not even filed properly(every nail has a different shape now) and because of uneven powder spread, multiple color coats It's looking ugly and very thick. I have to go to another nail studio just to get it removed.After 2 hours it was time for my feet nails and the manager decided to take walkin clients and asked me to wait further. I obviously dint get my feet nails done.Please read the reviews before visiting this place.
