Youngs Insurance Brokers St. Catharines

I have been an insured driver for many years and have never experienced such shady poor service from an Insurance Broker as Rich Nagel!! if you get Rich as your agent hang up and never call back. He is by far the worst broker working at Youngs and he will change your policy to full coverage and take payments out that you did not ask for or authorize. This is what he did to my account without as much as an apology or a refund. I would never ever recommend this service to anyone.

Hannah made buying my first car such a stress-free, and overall easy experience. She put me in contact with three different dealerships before I landed on the Kia dealership in St. Catharines. Both Hannah and the sales manager at Kia communicated with each other, and took over everything for me. They explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I got the best rate possible. Hannah really went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car to suit my lifestyle and budget, as well as making sure I got an amazing monthly insurance policy. I would recommend Hannah's services to anyone who is looking for insurance.

I got my first insurance through Youngs Insurance Brokers St. Catharines, Hind was the lady who took care of my policy. She is very professional and welcoming, she spared no effort to help me get the best price as well as the coverages best suit my needs, she was even answering my queries in the weekends and after working hours, not to mentioned that she gave me a follow up call after a period of time in particular to make sure I received the policy hard copy and to remind me not to delay the payment which was of great importance to me as I totally forgot to pay (my case was one full payment). I for sure recommend her for everyone looking for a broker who really hears and cares about the customer benifits and provide fast and good service.

Poor service & not very professional if you ask me. I canceled my policy. Told me I’d have to pay a month or less. Get a call back after I set up a policy with another company. Then I get a call saying I’ll have to pay $1200 to cancel..

I had a really good experience with a lady from this office named Hannah. I had been shopping around for insurance for a new home and auto and not only was I not particularly happy with the pricing but the costumer service was awful. People from other agencies taking days/weeks to get back to me, not responding to my emails, ignoring my voicemails. Thankfully a coworker had recommended I contact Hannah from Youngs Insurance at the St. Catharines office. Hannah was very pleasant to deal with. She promptly answered any questions and was able to provide me with a quote to suit my needs with a price tag I was more than content with. I found other agents were pushy and didnt thoroughly explain what I was getting. So Hannah took the time to go through the product I was buying which I was very grateful for. It's nice to know what you are paying for when it comes to insurance. All in all, I highly recommend Young's Insurance and particularly dealing with Hannah if you get the opportunity.

Beware of this agency. They are only good in taking your money. Been with them for 10 years and it has really gone down the drain with their customer service and knowledge. Most of their representatives leave them after a year and its always new hires who know nothing about insurance. They will never return calls or reply to emails. There also fake five star reviews on google with fake accounts who have only reviewed them. Read the reviews before signing up

100% POSITIVE, Highly recommend! I had a small balance on my account that I though I had paid (and subsequently ignored the reminders thinking it was a mistake). Matt Coccagna actually drove to my house, in a snow storm, after they could not get a hold of me by phone to personally tell me it has to be paid asap.What service! I could not believe it, what other company would care that much and go out of their way to so this? Through the years I've had to call them several times with other things, changes to policy, renewing options, adding kids to my policy, etc... all the communication was productive, easy and pleasant - I highly recommend Young's Insurance!

I'm finally getting some free time to return the favour. Richard Nagel is the most crooked insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Working with this agency and him cost me tens of thousands of dollars over 3 years when I was a young entrepreneur trying to support my family. They are malicious, crooked and liars. Read the other one star reviews if you want to know the truth about these monsters!

I had an overall excellent experience from start to finish, with account executive Matt Coccagna who came highly recommended to me. Matt was able to find me both auto and tenant insurance policies which suited my needs at an affordable cost. Thank you!
