I needed a new toilet installed to replace an old one. My back now prevents me from doing this myself, so I called around to numerous plumbing establishments for a rough estimate of how much this would cost me. I was shocked at some of the ridiculously high quotes I was given. Several places didn't even bother to answer, or return my call. Caldwell has a dedicated person who answers the phone and provides a ball park estimate on the job you require, which was quite refreshing. Didn't get your name, but you were quite pleasant to deal with, and you gave me a very reasonable quote. I went ahead and booked an appointment. The plumber (Harrison) showed up exactly on time, and true to form, I paid exactly the price I was quoted, plus tax of course. No BS and no scam! Harrison was also pleasant to deal with, was very conscientious, and did a great job. This was not a huge job, and not at the top of the list for plumbers, I realize.However, if and when I require a bigger job, I certainly will not hesitate in contacting Caldwell Plumbing. I will also recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers.Thank you for being an honest and reliable business to deal with.
