Davene is the most patient, helpful and thorough person I have met since moving back to Canada. Literally she kept me sane while helping me resettled into Canada and get my benefits in order! The accountant canceled the appointment without notice or apology. Very disrespectful.I called the accountant for an appointment to file taxes, indicating that my husband and I were looking for an appointment in-person since we want to show some documents, my son has cancer and he is in a program. The accountant agreed to have the appointment in-person, and said she will send to me an email with a list of documents to bring.Seeing that the email did not arrive and the date of the appointment was approaching, I wrote her an email confirming that we had not received the document. She never replied my email.One day before the appointment, I sent her a very friendly text message asking for the office address...she did not reply to my message.A few hours before the appointment, I received from the accountant a cold and short message asking if the appointment could be on-line. I answered very politely no, the appointment had to be in person. The accountant ignored the message and did not respond. No confirmation that she canceled the appointment, no apologies, nothing... she just disappeared. How disrespectful to the customer! My husband had taken a leave of absence from work for the appointment, and I had scheduled my day for the appointment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us!; too disrespectful to cancel an appointment without saying anything and disappear.

Very professional and outgoing businesswoman. Not only does she make sure your taxes are done correctly but she ensures that you’re getting the most bang for your buck. She recommends tips and tricks her clients can do to have a better tax return and be more financially stable
