I absolutely love this place. We've been taking our cars here for years.Friendly, courteous staff. Reasonable pricing. They even have a little restaurant if you get hungry while you wait.Being a dealership, they handle all issues that your vehicle may have.Oh, and in case you don't like to wait, their shuttle service will drop you wherever you want to go, and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.Love the place.I recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would.The relationship started off well but quickly deteriorated with shady business practices and misinformation. We found a great option for our family on their website. Phil was amazingly quick at getting us approved for financing, Peter took our deposit and then said I'll let you know when the car is here." Excuse me? We were never told before then that the car was not actually there!Then we get the runaround for a week and half. They had no idea where our car was or when it would be delivered. I would not buy another vehicle from them - they never told me that a chip was missing in the vehicle (weird as it belonged to another person before); told me I could do my services in Orleans and this is not the case!

I have been very happy with the service provided over the last 11 years to an older GMC 3500 dually and to a GMC Equinox. When it came time to consider trading my well maintained 20 year old GMC in there was no other place to consider going. Thank you Myers for all the great service in the past, thank you for the great sales and financing deal on my new GMC pick up. I look forward to many more years of doing excellent business with you!

I’m COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN FIRST OFF IBOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND THE REALLY GAVE IS THE RUN AROUND NFE IGNORING US TO TAKING OVER THREE MONTHS TO DELIVER THE CAR NOW WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT AND WE PAID THEM FOR SOME REPAIRS WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR WE PAID IN FULL JUST GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL THAT I OWE THEM 1000$ HERE THEY IGNORING ME AGAIN

Had the absolute worst experience at this Myers location. I had purchased a car in April 2021 and was told there were Winter Tires on rims at their storage facility in Barrhaven and to give them a 48hr notice when the time came to ship them to this location on Baseline. My insurance requires me to have Winter Tires on effective November 1. On October 8, 2021, I had emailed Nathan (who sold me the car) that I needed to pick up the Winter Tires. Buyers beware! If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They’re crooks! We ordered our vehicle from them with the help of Mike Mitchell. The man seemed nice but unorganized. I was told our vehicle would be in within 2-4 months. At the 4 month mark, I started doing follow ups every 3 weeks by phone and in person. I was constantly brushed off and told that I was the “next one”. Everytime I spoke to the salesman he would offer me a different vehicle that was set to come in. I thought it was a bit strange but refused everytime since the vehicle I ordered was exactly the way I wanted it and the ones he was offering were always the wrong colour or different trim. I told him I was set on our original order but he continued to push for these vehicles that were coming in. Well after 10 months of waiting around and getting brushed off, I went to the sales manager and was informed that the vehicle was never actually ordered despite them taking my down payment and constantly telling me it was just not my turn yet. I found out from friends and family in the business that lots of dealerships tend to sell these newly arrived vehicles to people paying more (we had preferred pricing through my husbands work and by the time the 10 months had gone by the MSRP had increased considerably). Had I not taken this to management, Mike Mitchell would have made me wait months longer while he fixed his “mistake”. They offered to put in the order again and added winter tires but that I would have to wait the regular delays (which is now upto 18 months). I told them to hold off for now since I wanted to deal with this on my end. After contacting head office, I was informed that wether I wanted to order again or not, the deal is off the table. Funny how they do this after I contact their head office. These people have no sympathy for our situation. Shady business. Unsurprisingly, a friend of ours dealt with Mike as well and had a horrible experience of their own. They were told that they’re Volt was in and ready but turns out he ordered the wrong one. Do yourself a favour and never deal with any GM business, ever!!!
