Had a great time here with Sammy. Very professional RMT level massage, great attitude. The place itself is beautiful and relaxing inside. Definitely will repeat.

My boyfriend booked us a couples massage last weekend and I was looking forward to it because I was overdue for my massage. When we arrived the lady who greeted us seemed a little disorganized when it came to where we needed to be and where our second therapist was. She brought us to the couples room and left, without telling us how much to undress or how to get on the tables (which wasn’t a huge deal because I’m a RMT myself and my partner and I have been for massage before). After all of this I was hesitant to even stay for the massage based on how confusing the process felt. We decided to stay and shortly after, one therapist came back to start my massage, informing my partner his therapist would be joining us shortly (about 5 minutes later). I was in complete shock at this point but treatment already started. Shortly after we began I realized how amazing the pressure and technique was during my massage. I was able to relax and enjoy my 60 minute massage. The massage itself was wonderful however the introduction and draping need some revision. My whole behind was out for my massage, which is expected with glute work, however that is where draping comes in. The receptionist/second therapist working on my partner made a comment before leaving about “my nice shape was sexy”, which I know she meant as a compliment, but wouldn’t be completely appropriate for everyone. I had mixed feelings but I would give Lotus Wellness another chance in the future.

HiWent for 45 minutes massage. When I was dressing the lady came Inside and asked for tips. I said okay $5 and she made a face and said no $10 and add taxes on the tips when I was to pay. I could refuse to tip her but I know it’s my first and last time there so… I always do tip at my old place you don’t really need to ask to customers. Be professional.I could give more comments about the service but no need because I will not go back there.I would like to try a new place and I am disappointed for that behaviour.

$65 for a 1 hour massage and oh my God was it amazing. What a way to start off the new year

I read all 5 stars review from 17 customers, so I called in to book the early special combo as the website stated, foot massage (45min) and body massage (45min) for $65. But, the lady staff said they don't have that. So we booked the early combo instead , foot massage (45min) and body massage (30min) for $60.My husband and I went together on a Monday morning. We have mix feelings about this place. The staff are not unfriendly, but there are some hesitant. One lady staff told my husband most of their customers are male, they don't usually have female customers. Also, they specialize in body massage, not foot massage. I had another lady staff, her body massage skill is better than her foot massage skill. However, she sat on my bum to massage my back. I don't think it is the norm. My thoughts at that time were did they sit on my husband's bum in the next room. My husband said no when I asked him at the end. They also have a shower in each room. May be it is for privacy and convenience. But, still a bit strange in my mind.

After the COVID-19 hiatus I didn’t waste time waiting to return to this my most favorite spa. The place has seen some improvements during my absence and what they have done in terms of upgrade and renovation have been just so very appropriate. In terms of service quality and skillfulness of the masseuse, they have also been elevated to an even higher level. I am so happy to be a regular patron again and would recommend this place to all those who have some muscle ailments to fix or just need a place to rehab and relax amidst the hustle and bustle of city living.
