I found this clinic shortly after I moved to the area. My cat had become sick and we were in need of help. Dr. Kaur & Dr. Akhilesh have been nothing but fantastic and supportive for us as we work to get our baby back to health. The medical staff have been amazing help and love on every animal that comes in the door, even if they aren't ready to reciprocate :)Thank you everyone again!

The most wonderful vet experience I've had in a long time. When you find a practice where everyone on staff truly cares and is willing to go above and beyond- whether it be for yourself, your children or your pets, it is a rare and wonderful thing. I was honestly humbled by their dedication when dealing with my dog (but also with me as a worried and stressed pet dad).Top notch. Would absolutely recommend.

Such great service!! First time there last weekend and they took care of my cat right away. Very patient and amazing staff. Felt welcomed, understood and reasonable prices. Highly recommend for local vet! We are bringing our other cats in, happy to have found a vet we like! Thank you for your care!

The doctors and the staff at this clinic were very helpful and supportive. They went beyond expectations to support us during a stressful time. Our cat is now back to doing what he loves most, and we are thankful for the attention and care he received.

The previous vet was amazing. A new couple has taken over his practice whom I am not pressed with. If you are afraid of big dogs, perhaps you should not be a vet. They are afraid to go near my dog. Labelled him as aggressive to men. The previous vet was a man and we had no issues. It's all about your demeanor, animals can sense these things. Not sure why I pay for exams when they don't actually examine him.

I am glad I found this place for my pup. Vet Akhilesh thoroughly checked my puppy and recommended vaccinations. I have found their services are very reasonably priced, and the vet makes sure you are only spending on necessary tests that are required at the moment. It's far better than other vet clinics in the Kitchener Waterloo area I have visited so far.Will definitely recommend this place.

If I could give them a higher rating, I would! I used to work at this clinic and the Veterinarians (Dr. Suman and Dr. Akhilesh) are amazing individuals and I was sad when I had to leave for personal reasons. They actually care about their clients and patients and are genuinely good and kind people. I saw them help so many animals get better, including my own pets. Their knowledge in veterinary medicine is expansive. They also never take advantage of clients financially. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and continue to miss the doctors and staff!

This place was recommended by the people who I bought my cat from. I had my cat checked before she got spayed and chipped, she got the vaccines she was missing but when they checked her, they found she had ear mites, the doctor and receptionist told me in front of my mom that they applied the medication and assured me all I had to do was apply the second dose. I go back for her booster shots and another doctor told me they never applied the medication and that I was suppose to do it. Then I took her to get spayaed and when I get her back I see how they took off more hair than she necessarily needed and how poorly her incision was done. My brother got his cat fixed at a different location and she is more hairy than my cat and they only took of a small rectangle of hair and her incision was done more careful than my cat's. I regret not listening to my brother and taking her here.
