I Love their approach to the kids (my 5y/o goes here)My son is crazy about this class.They have these tallimg sessions with the kids every class and they teach them how to be a better person.They are all hearty and warm to the kids and parents and very professional!

Very positive atmosphere and knowledgeable instructors. Various skill levels, however everyone helps each other learn.

My son recently started and loves it. Master Mackenzie is excellent and patient with all levels of students.

MacKenzie TKD is a wonderful place. I joined primarily because I was interested in adding some new physical activity to my schedule, but what I've gotten out of it has been so much more than that.Beyond simply learning Taekwon-Do, there is a real feeling of community at the dojang. People from all walks of life take part, from young kids all the way up to folks starting to think about retirement. The classes are structured but not rigid, questions and concerns are responded to and with real consideration, and the overall atmosphere is one of encouragement and belonging.If you've thought about joining, or even dropping in to see, I highly recommend it. It's been a fantastic experience so far, and one I hope will continue for years to come.

Great family oriented Club ! You can train to get fit, learn self defence and even compete at tournaments if you wish to test your skills against others... the choice is yours.Master MacKenzie has coached and trained multiple world champions but don’t let that intimidate you. His approach is to let you train towards your goals at your intensity level.He has created a great community where egos are checked at the door.

My granddaughter had her first class 5 years ago at the age of 7 and has been a member ever since. Initially I was surprised that classes were set up by level of training and not by age. I wasn't at all sure she should be in a class with adults and older children. It didn't take long for me to realize they absolutely had it right. What a wonderful way to learn - to see others working, progressing and being role models. She has even been in a class on occasion with a world champion. Talk about inspiration! The teaching is excellent with variety in the classes. And it is not limited to the physical techniques; emphasis is placed on respect and cooperation. I have watched many classes and have seen only positive teaching techniques. Students are never shamed or embarrassed - only given opportunities and encouraged. My granddaughter has never once said I don't want to go" - never in 5 years. This is a first rate program in a first rate facility. It doesn't get much better than that."

Highly recommend MacKenzie Taekwon-Do. The instructors are incredibly knowledge and great at getting the best from you. Whether you’re looking for a place to just do some active, diverse exercise or training to compete, MacKenzie’s has what you’re looking for. Like many others, started with the child training and the parent joining in. In the years, we’ve trained together, we have traveled, competed, graded to Black belt together. MacKenzie’s is an incredibly family friendly club. Whether you are sitting watching or on the floor training, all are welcome.

I love it there but it gets hard but very fun five stars.

My son started in Little Dragons and when he was ready to move on to the beginner level, I joined him. Fast-forward about five years and both my son and I earned our 1st Degree Black Belts this past summer. Mackenzie Taekwon-Do is a world-class organization with world-class instructors. The dojang has a fun and friendly atmosphere and I would encourage anyone interested in beginning a martial art to try it out - no matter your age!
