Got a coupon for $5 for the full purchase so doesn’t matter if you one item or 5 the discount should be for the purchase not per item. Bought 2 item and I had to exchange item for the size I lost 2.95$ of the $5 even if the coupon was for the total purchase. I should have lost the 2.95 And charge me more. Sorry but you just lost a customer. And it was even cheaper and I to pay extra. Was happy to have it close to home .

Bought a cone for my dog and didn’t know if it would fit. The lady there told me if it didn’t fit I could bring it back. Went in today to return it and they would only give me store credit or a gift card. I was excited to have a pet value close to home but I will drive into town before I come back. Not good customer service at all.

Super convinient location and very friendly staff, this store has everything you need, no need to drive into town. Support local and they have great rewards program, good prices and a dog washing station!
