Bridget was great to work with to complete our order and delivery schedule.Delivery happened within scheduled hours.Unfortunately there was a big nasty scratch on one of the wooden bases of our recliner.Delivery person sent pics back to manager and a new wooden base was scheduled to be installed - great reliable service thanks team. Team came back & replaced wooden base.Randy & Sandy Definitely recommend Conway Furniture for anyone looking to buy furniture. Conway gave me a great price on a bulk purchase of a beautiful fabric to reupholster my chairs. Bridget was so friendly and accommodating. I was going to pick it up from London where I live, but they delivered it to my door. Fantastic experience. Thank you!

My Wife and I recently went to Conway Furniture in search of a Lazy Boy rocker/recliner chair. We leisurely walked around the showroom with no pressure from anyone. We met up with Bridget, our sales lady. She was fabulous. She spent quite a bit of time with us over a 2 day period helping us decide and explaining the different models we looked at. We did purchase one and it was in stock and delivered promptly. The 2 delivery guys were great. They were polite and professional !! They also made some adjustments to the chair at my request. In the past we have made purchases at the big box stores in Mississauga and there is absolutely no comparison in the service and product quality we received at Conway Furniture. We just bought new furniture for the first time in many years at Conway furniture. Brenda was the sales person that gave us a hand. She was patient knowledgable and an absolute joy to deal with.The delivery was on time by two young men who were cheerful professional, and helpful.We would absolutely recommend this to anybody, wanting to get a quality piece of furniture delivered to their home.

We purchased Lazyboy reclining chairs and waited a while for themWhen they came the padding on the back and seats were very uneven and the chairs were built too high. When sitting upright your feet dangle which is very uncomfortableOverall the workmanship is very poor and we are very disappointedI dont fault Conways but Lazyboy although they should have been inspected by Conways better before delivering them

Conway Furniture is a great store to shop as my husband and I just purchased a loveseat. We were shocked that they had one in stock and had it delivered in just a couple of days as we had sold our other furniture so quickly. Brenda was so pleasant and couldn’t have helped us more with making this purchase, also the delivery men were very professional and careful bringing into our home.
