I am sorry to have a low rating I actually like the marina.But the fuel dock hasn't had an operating pump out for going on 2 years. This isn't optional guys this service is needed badly by your customers...Staff are great. Docks in good shape.

Great location, staff are usually friendly and helpful but you do need to prod them for action. E dock could use with more tie cleats for some slips. Water pressure is good as well.

I’ve been a client here for over 5 years, they’re a family-based business with the cleanest docks, the best maintained facilities, and visibly the greatest (and most amount of working-hours) of any marina in the lower mainland. Despite being on the road a great deal and often traveling from one marina to the other (by water of course) throughout the lower mainland and B.C. coast, this is by far the best marina I’ve found - and one of the rare few with covered moorage, extremely well-cared-for gangways and equipment, and constant upgrades to safety, customer access, and personalized relationships. Recommend this marina with great pride!

I like this Marina. It's quiet and has the amenities required for moorage.Khan was great in showing me around the Marina. He took the time to explain the river currents, gave me advice on which slip would be best for my type of boat. He also offered to help install cleats/bumpers for the slip I was interested in. These are nice covered slips with access on both sides.Finally, Khan kept his promise to hold a slip for me while I was finalizing the purchase of my boat. I don't think any other marina would have provided me this level of service.Thanks to the team at Vancouver Marina for all that you do. Really appreciate you guys.
