Worst experience. I went there to get the blood work done for my mom and i fainted all of a sudden. My mom doesn’t speak english and she got panicked to see me and none of the staff bothered to at-least ask me if i was okay. Only the lady who was taking the blood work ran to get me a glass of water. The other lady who came in the room asked me to vacate the room as she wanted that room for the other patient. They didn’t even bother to check my Blood pressure. I had to drive back home and i laid down on the floor until i recovered.

Good location - clean - got lucky with a slow time for walk in - staff distracted for the weekend.

Decided to come here after a horrible experience at dynacare and was very happy with the service. No wait time and the nurse was awesome, had no problem getting a vein and the whole experience was super quick.

There's normally never a long wait in the living room and the ladies that work there are awesome and nice

My experience was great thanks to Alexandra. I have bad anxiety with bloodwork, and she was very caring, funny, and supportive. Such a good personality / attitude for patients like me who are very stressed out by the process. Thanks Alexandra!

Definitely recommend this life labs compared to all others in Kitchener Waterloo area. I book an appt and the check in and getting blood work was done in under two minutes.Very organized and clean. The receptionist are also very friendly.

I didn’t have an appointment and the wait time was accurate to that posted on the Life Labs site ~ So I knew I had to wait about 20-25 minutes. The space is clean with lots of natural light in the cubicles. They were extremely busy and we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes as the waiting area was full and that was okay :) The woman who drew my blood was overly nice and very lovely ~ I didn’t feel anything! Best experience I’ve had :) Thank you!

The lab itself is fine. The staff behind the counter are super aggressive and honestly- mildly scary. After I checked in and was waiting the worker behind the counter screams at people waiting to register to wait in the hallway as the only door to the office was being blocked by people waiting. Entirely valid concern- however the workers deliveryof this message was exceptionally harsh- shrieking like some sort of banshee. There are children here waiting who I imagine are feeling a little afraid ( even more so as they know they are about to get a needle) by this woman literally yelling. Perchance a sit down conversation with the staff about the difference between projecting voice and yelling would be helpful.Unprofessional and appears very unorganized

have gone for bloodwork multiple times.always book before you go, in case it's busy. but the times i've gone, it usually wasn't, except for this one morning as they apparently had certain tests done that day, it may have been a monday or tuesday morning. despite that, i still didn't have to wait too long since i had an appointment.there was a lady who took my test i think twice. she was great in that it was painless when she poked me, and that she'd also remembered me as well despite having gone 2-3 months later. i'd forgotten her name but i remember on both occasions, she had worn pants that said grey's anatomy" on them

Victoria St. Kitchener ON location.I have an appointment with an endocrinologist this upcoming Tuesday for my Type 1 Diabetes and needed to get blood work done as close to it as possible.I decided to go on Saturday to avoid missing work. Checked online and the closest lab to me is marked as open until 3pm. I think everything is good to go. We drive the 20 minutes to the lab. We head upstairs ready to check in only to find the doors are locked. We find a sign saying, “Due to unforeseen circumstances the clinic is closed today”.They have wasted my time and also forced me to miss work on Monday to get this blood work done and hope the results are ready next day. They did not did not update google or the life labs website of the closure. Get it together. Peoples lives rely on these services.
