Worst! Worst! Worst Tim ever…. Every single time i order a ice coffee with some extra sugar they just handover me a regular one. The staff is so rude. I just asked that are you guys hiring they showed such attitude like no we don’t just order what you want. The night staff is the worst.

620 am. I am asked to park to wait for a bagel with butter. There is one car behind me but I don't fuss I comply. 10 mins no bagel. I go in and have to ask they said they couldn't find me. Sigh. Look not trying to get employees in trouble but this system does not work. now no food and I'm late. Management is responsible.

Their drive through sucks I was there today and i ask for a large Double double, large 1 sugar 3 cream, 2 smile cookies and a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received my coffee 1 smile cookie and everything bagel toasted :/ not really to happy everything time I get food from there something is wrong. Note to self going to check ever order from now on just disappointed that’s all

Only when the supervisor is there that the service is quick and efficient. When the supervisor is not there good luck! You'll wait 10 minutes in line and another five to get your coffee and that's no exaggeration!!

If it would’ve been possible then I would’ve given zero stars. I just moved in this area recently and went this morning (9:00 am) to this location to get my coffee and bagel. I asked to grill my bagel and they said the toaster is being cleaned and we cannot do it. I was like it’s breakfast hour and how is it even possible to clean the toaster right now. The staff was so rude and don’t know how to deal with customers.When my friend and me came at the DT window and we asked for chipotle sauce and they were asking for $1.50 for a dip. I asked her that other locations charge $0.50 for it and the girl at the window told us that you know things are getting expensive. I said we go to tim hortons every day and it is the first time. She was like you should know everything is expensive and all. Paying a $1.50 wasn’t an issue but the way both girls were talking and disrespectful towards us was horrible. I drove another 7 minutes to get my coffee from main street location and would never go to this horrible place. Staff really needs to be trained about how to deal with customers.

Hi I just went through the drive thru and just got a sausage farmers wrap grilled without it being grilled. Also the chocolate creamy chill I got with the chocolate syrup on the lid. This is not the first time it has happened multiple times.

The fact that I have to travel further to get a coffee because I don’t want to go to this Tim Hortons (closest to my house) is sad. The staff here are very unpleasant and the manager doesn’t do anything to prevent bad service. The staff tries to work so fast they get every order wrong and then are rude to customers when they ask for the correct order. Stay away from this location if you want to have a good day.

I have been a very long time faithful customer of Tim Horton's and been going to this location from the time it opened their doors. The staff at that time were friendly, cheerful and happy to see regular customers coming with smile. Today, totally different atmosphere and staff. They are rude and very pushy inside and at the window. I would have to say the drive-thru is the worst. because at the window you don't hear...Hi welcome to Tim's, may i take your order. You get yeah" then you get to the window and they are pushing a debit machine in your face. And when you pay with cash

The Staff is always so rude and food and beverages are never made properly. Even the manager has absolutely no customer service skills. Been going to this tim hortons for the 15 years I've lived here and it's getting worse and worse. I will be driving out of my way to go to a different time hortons. The manager handed me that sandwich and was rude when I brought it back in.
