Hypnocoach Ariel

I sought out a hypnocoach to help me with my teeth grinding; Ariel was so lovely and calm and soothing, she put me right at ease. She thoroughly explained the process and took lots of time to answer all my questions. I saw results after our first session and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommended.

I was a little nervous to do hypno but Ariel made me feel so safe and cared for. I loved the process - It’s creative, gentle and super insightful. I was also impressed at how effective it was doing an online session over Zoom... In the comfort of my home, in my bed, I was able to relax and sink in to the deep process she led me through.
