Four paws. My dog pulls us here because he always gets a small treat from the staff and sometimes a larger one from us. The staff are very kind and helpful in picking toys or food for our pets. Very convenient and good hours too.

The manager was lovely, she allowed me to return an expensive coat for my dog that did not fit well. I bought it on the same day at Global 2019 Yonge Street ( they did not allow me to return after 30 min of buying the jacket). I will stick to this location as the customer service is excellent. You can tell the franchise has different management. Thank you Chenny!!!!!!!!!!

Such a great store! I love the sweet, service-minded and knowledgeable people working at the 381 Eglington Store. Dutchie always gets a treat when I walk in (....tbh I can't pass the store without going in if she's with me haha) and they order what you need if they don't have the item at that moment. They always follow up. And it is so convenient also to have a store like that right around the corner so I can just walk there.

I've been a customer for a few years now. Their staff are a bunch of beautiful people that genuinely care about animals. I got everything my hamster needed from them for 2 years and recently one of the employees helped me find the right food for an animal that I had just rescued but couldn't drop off at the shelter immediately. Really well-managed store, with a wide range of products and amazing customer service.

Is it a little pricey. Sure. Do they care and meticulously source their products. Yes. Do I really like the lady that owns the place. Absolutely. She's really nice and the folks that help run the place are all really helpful and kind and it's a huge effort on their part that keeps the place going. This is honestly a neighborhood spot. Go. Don't go. My pets are my responsibility and the value here is undeniable.

Pretty much my go to for pet supplies. Prices are good and the staff is really knowledgeable so even if you can't find the brand you're used to they'll find you an alternative that is produced by the same company under different names.

This is my local pet store and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The staff is amazing they always go above and beyond and my little pup gets so excited when we walk past the store! He loves to go in and get his treats from the staff! Always great to support local and this is our favourite pet store! Pam the manager is amazing she is a wealth of knowledge and always helps with whatever questions I have
