Shoppers Drug Mart

Poor customer service. They Canceled my order and didn't call me to tell me. Signed me up for auto renewal without discussing with me. I Always face resistance when I'm trying to fill my prescription. They can only seem to handle one type of customer.

This week I went out to Stony Plain to pick up a prescription and do some shopping in store. The Associate who was working in the pharmacy was like a breath of fresh air; kind, compassionate and caring! Will definitely be back!

Today was the last straw… We recently moved to the area, and previously used a shoppers drug mart in our old area and they were amazing. As a result we assumed we would have comparable service at this one, and boy were we wrong.Every single time I have gone to this pharmacy there has been an issue (no exaggerations!) Staff standing around chatting instead of helping customers, staff being short or rude to people just looking for their meds, being placed on hold for 20-30 min only to be treated poorly when someone finally does answer, arguing with me about the number on my husbands benefits card, telling me she had never seen one like that so it must be wrong (ran it through and it worked, shocking!) I’ve had prescriptions faxed there that “we just never got” and no offer to help chase it down. Today a prescription for my daughter was faxed there at 10am. When I called at 5:15pm they told me they “were super far behind so needed a lot of time to fill it. If I needed it tonight it would be 2 hours” ok, seems strange given they had it all day, but ok. Show up 2 hours later and surprise, not ready. Then they have the nerve to say “oh, we aren’t really that busy right now so we will do it now for you, it’ll be 15 min” Like, what?!?I know they took on new ownership, and she seems lovely but they have a huge people/staff problem here. Do yourself a favour and find another pharmacy. Save your time and frustration!We will be moving everything out first thing in the morning.

After two years full of issues I ultimately had to find another pharmacy. They lost my prescription multiple times and would not expedite filling the reprinted prescription I would have to get for them. I have been shorted pills and have had prescriptions filled incorrectly. They will not call you if they run into a shortage and instead wait until you come to pick up the prescription so you are wasting a trip into the store and now have to contact other pharmacies. I am not sure if the location is just too busy for their staff or if it is a training issue but rarely has a prescription refill or pick up gone smoothly.

Waited for 10 minutes, 4 people in front of me. Pharmacist (?)busy st computer, I hope she was trying yo help the first customer)finally approached counter and asked if there was someone else that could help us, she finally looked up, and said she was busy helping someone , duh, and assistant said he was filling prescriptions. No, sorry to keep you waiting "nothing

We just had a very bad experience with a cashier and an obviously intoxicated customer at this store. It included the cashier who’s name tag read “Nolan” spouting off a whole bunch of anti-LGBQ rhetoric, all while ringing up an elderly, and obviously distressed customer. This behaviour is absolutely disgusting.

Had a great interaction at the pharmacy. Dustin went over my prescriptions very thoroughly and he has a great personality. I didn’t catch the other pharm techs name but she was very nice too !

I had called at around 2:20 pm asking for a person to do passport photos for me I was told someone would be available from 5:30pmto 10pm I showed up a 6:30 and was told no one was here and that there was no one else to do the photos I asked where was the mixup and was told there's nothing they can do nor was there anything they can do to make it right

Called and asked about a strep throat test. Drove all the way there to get told the pharmacist was too busy and she will not do it. It’s 8pm and it closes at 10pm within these two hours she can’t swab my daughters thoat….. wow if I could do zero stars I would. And I waited at the desk for 30min to be then told no…. What a joke of a place

terrible customer services. I don’t want to waste my time and money spend. I change pharmacy after weeks dealing with them. They’re some of them are okay, but the senior lady associate that mostly in the front, is rude to me.
