Lisa is an amazing pet sitter! It is evidentThat she truly loves animals and we never ever worry when we go away, as she takes great care of our Cedar! Lisa is a kind hearted and warm person who is very diligent and conscientious about her work. She was recommended to my family by the local vet clinic and we are forever grateful to have found her. She came to our home for an initial visit to meet my mom and our cat and made notes to ensure Wiggy would be kept on his routine. Lisa even sent photos of Wiggy to us so we could see how he was doing. When we got home it was obvious he was happy and content. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a pet to be well cared for and loved while they are away.

One of our three cats requires medication twice daily and since Lisa was a certified vet technician we were quite confident with our decision to have Lisa look after them while we were away on vacation. Lisa went well above our expectations by contacting me and our vet regarding one of the cats as well as touching base periodically to let me know how they were. In addition, Lisa sent photos and documented their daily activities in great detail. We came home to happy, safe and well cared for furbabies which is most important to me!I would highly recommend Lisa for her professional and compassionate care of your furbabies.

Lisa looked after our dogs while we went on a 2 week vacation. She did a great job, we came home to a healthy & happy pair of dogs who were obviously well fed and cared for. She provided us with a report of their daily activities, which was an unexpected bonus. In addition, she sent us photo's of the dogs while we were on vacation, which was a nice touch. The fact that Lisa was a Vet Tech for many years gave us real peace of mind that the dogs were in good hands, and she is very unafraid of big dogs, which was important to us as one of our dogs is large, loud and can be intimidating if he senses uncertainty or fear in a person.All in all, Lisa was fabulous and I highly recommend her service to anyone looking for professional dog care - with a homey touch.

We most heartedly recommend Lisa to provide excellent professional care for your pet. Lisa is a very warm and compassionate person who clearly takes her responsibilities very seriously and ensures that your pet’s routine is followed so as to minimize the stress on your pet in your absence. Our terrier is quite a diva and very attached to her home and her habits to such an extent that we could no longer board her in a kennel since she was becoming physically ill.Lisa came to the rescue for which we are ever so grateful. While we were on vacation, Lisa emailed us updates and photos of our dog enjoying herself which was very reassuring to us. When we returned from our 2 week vacation, our dog was super happy and healthy and our house was spotless. I found Lisa, the CriTTer Concierge, by luck doing an internet search as we had an upcoming holiday and have 2 cats that needed care. Lisa was very prompt in getting back to me and we organized a meet and greet, before the holiday. As soon as I met her I felt at ease. She is very detailed oriented and a great communicator. Lisa kept in touch with us during the holiday and sent me photos via my phone so I could see my cats when we were away - just those kind of thoughtful touches and her obvious care and love of animals is apparent. I feel like Lisa went above and beyond, from the pictures, check ins and daily postcards she left so we could read about how the cats did during our absence was very much appreciated. The cats were very well taken care of and I would highly recommend Lisa - at the CriTTer Concierge. It was like asking a trusted friend to come into our home and take care of our precious fur babies! Lisa looked after our cat while we were away for a long weekend. She is an anxious cat who also needs daily meds and Lisa provided amazing care. We received updates and her notecards for each visit were a wonderful touch to come home to. We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a pet sitter!

Lisa is lovely and was great with our cats. We were really comfortable having her do the visits. The fact that she's also an RVT provides added comfort if anything went wrong. I also loved the notes she left after each visit.
