First of all, Olga Guajardo from Expedia Cruises in South Surrey is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. She’s knowledgeable, organise and thorough and has the best personality for this job! Olga has helped us organise at least 10 cruises, has helped us upgrade, get better rates, and has even helped us get a refund when we had a change of plans when the cruise line initially refused. I think the Expedia model is excellent and Olga is more than that!
