Very rude workers, me and my friends were not told the protocols of the store upon walking in. The woman at the front of the store was very short and not friendly and when my friends and I went to try on some hats we were fully planning to buy a female worker comes up to us and very rudely snatched them from our hands. Needless to say we did not feel inclined to spend our money here after that experience

Every time i have walked into this store, I have noticed some of the employees passing sly innuendos towards their customers, generally the ones who ask for help. The two female manager employees who usually always stand at the customer service desk are explicitly the only ones at fault here. I have ignored their rude and harassing behaviour from previous incidents but I think that it has been ignored for far too long now and that people don’t feel comfortable shopping here anymore. This insensitivity needs to be taken care of in a serious manner. Other shoppers have also reported similar issues with this establishment through online reviews. I used to shop at this store quite regularly but will not be returning anymore or not at least until this matter is take care of.

The lady working at front named Crystal needs to learn customer service and not treat customers as per her mood. As soon as we entered asked a question about return and she was ready with her rude reply. Didn’t even bother to apologise at the end and made sure she was arrogant until we left the store. No wonder why this store has so many negative reviews. Completely ruined the entire mood to shop. I wish I had just visited Below the belt and not this store.

Very bad place very bad costumer service got mad at me for a joke and threatened to call the swat team on me. Would not go back. Workers get payed 13.25 and hour to yell at little kids

Wow, I was blown away with how awful the customer service was from the lady working at the front desk! So rude! We seemed to have annoyed her by purchasing some shirts. I will never shop here again. I went next store to Below the Belt and the staff was welcoming and much nicer!

Bought paints and they forgot to take the sensor off the pants and I took it back today and they said the can’t do anything about it L workers

The employees at this store are extremely rude and could care less that you are even shopping there. Line up of customers at the till and the cashier was not helping the customers with purchases but ringing through return inventory instead. Manager came over and could care less about the line up either. We dealt with the manager there today and can see where the staff gets their attitude from. Will not shop there again.

While i was being rang though yesterday (under the name Josh) the employees weren't even paying attention to us and were just talking amongst themselves, very unwelcome, no one offered help. very rude.
