Can't say anything bad about the store or the staff. They have always been polite and professional which is not always easy to do these days and when customers come in who think they are entitled. Usually I see the customers when I am there waiting their turn and everyone is cool.

My first time in a Beer Store. Very cool place. Fast, simple and useful. You can bring empty cans and bottles to give the correct destiny. According to the type of can/bottle, you'll receive some money (in cash; it is not a cash back or discount program). Good brands and friendly staff.

Not all but two of the employee treat us(indians) badly. They don't greet nor attend us as they do for others. Sometimes they hesitate to give bill and bag for us.

All they sell is beer but there is way more selection at the LCBOSometimes they give me two 12s for the price of 24 and other times they charge me for two 12s. Be consistent!Doesn't have a walk in cooler.

Staff were very friendly but their computer system for selecting and ordering beer was barely responsive and difficult to navigate. Recommend that you do a bit of research online to figure out what beer you like and if they have it in stock before coming to the store.

I mistakenly thought that this location closed at 6PMI arrived at the store five minutes before closing time.I spoke briefly with Michelle, who indicated politely that this store did indeed close at 5PM on Sundays.I quickly counted the empties I was returning, and Michelle was nothing but friendly, courteous and helpful during our by now, after-closing-time exchange.I am happy that I made it in under the wire, and I was neither rushed nor received poor customer service due to my tardiness.Thank you, yet again, Michelle

Just worst service, came to return beer bottles and cans. They told me I have 5 minutes before they close. Got into the store 1 person was ahead of me, he left as a happy customer. While my mom and I were scolded for coming in close to closing time. Mind you we're just returning bottles and cans. I don't know if its because we're minorities so they treat us in such a way. I usually never write bad reviews but coming here just rubbed me the wrong way.
