Modern Komfort

Sadly a Modern Komfort is not located close to where I live, but the online help has been amazing. From answering questions in a prompt manner to providing design advice, it has been a pleasure working with the Modern Komfort team, particularly with Krista who has been a gem! I have purchased lights that are stunning and unique. I love the selection and will definitely be a return customer.

This was my first time working with Modern Komfort. I prefer to see and feel things but took a chance and ordered a rug from them. Krista helped me all the way through, selection, pricing, delivery. Even responding quickly over the holidays. I love my new rug and sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to order from Modern Komfort again!

I love this company! They have an amazing selection of furniture - furniture that everyone loves. I bought a couple of chairs that were being sold at a major, upscale home retailer for a much higher price. I had a quality issue with one of the chairs and Modern Komfort went above and beyond with their customer service. 5 star review for them!

Moved from a large historic home to a downtown townhouse and hired Modern Komfort to furnish the new place with a loft-style feel. Hands-on expertise with creative design to maximize each and every room. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience and project.

I cannot say enough good things about the astoundingly impressive customer service Modern Komfort has provided. Unfortunately a stunning piece that we ordered had some imperfections (through no fault of Modern Komfort) and Kailey was able to identify a solution that more than exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have achieved the look that we wanted without the help of Helen! Building our dream home, meant BIG decisions, and it was made so much easier with the amazing selection and phenomenal taste of the lines that MK offers. Helen was so quick to make the perfect suggestions and even though we live another Province away she did everything to make the issue of shipping seamless and affordable. It allowed us to have the distinctive fixtures and furniture in our home, that give it the personality and style we wanted. We'll always look to MK for our design needs in the future.

Very impressed by our interactions with this company! We are located in the Greater Toronto Area, and had a somewhat complex order with items that needed to be delivered to different addresses at different times (we were in the process of moving). Items arrived exactly when they said they would, and all were in perfect condition. Communication was/is stellar. Great customer service, very tasteful curation of items, and will definitely recommend to friends and clients.

I looked all over town for three new light fixtures to replace the old ones in my entryway, kitchen and dining room. I could not find anything that appealed to me until l came across the light fixtures being sold at Modern Komfort. Although they have a modest number of lights displayed in store, they have a wonderful collection available online that were much more aesthetically pleasing than any others l had seen elsewhere. I took my time making my selection and had several conversations with staff persons who were all lovely to deal with. My new light fixtures are now installed and l couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They look absolutely beautiful in my space and give my home a much needed update.
