As usual this is consistantly the worst not only mcdonalds but fast food in town at this location. asked for extra pickles and extra onions and they gave me one pickle in total. Fries are always soggy and drinks are 3/4 full mcdonalds really should send someone into this location to find out why its always bad.

Never been so disappointed by a McDonald’s. Don’t get breakfast here. Everything is made early in the morning and left under a hot lamp. All 8 hash browns my family had were welded to the packaging, all 6 breakfast burritos were hard and crusty. They put ham on an egg Sandwich. The hell is going on here. Disgraceful. Couldn’t turn around and complain in person, we just threw the $40 meal out and ate at timhortons Merritt instead.

This is what you would expect from McDonald's in a Walmart.Quick service, but usually busy. Use the self serve order booth for faster service.

Don’t bother to go. Self service kiosks has been broken for months. One doesn’t give receipts and one had a broken screen.Dine in: forgot 10 piece chicken nugget meal on order. No fork to eat poutine with, one soda fountain machine broken for months. No napkins… Had to look for a staff member to clean the table in kids area. (Was filthy) eventually went back to ask about missing items, gave it only to find out it’s not what I ordered. (Paid for 10 piece and received 2 4 price boxes.) a real let down, considering it’s the only McDonald’s in North-shore.

Been here many times, our kids love the happy meals. They’re always quick and the food is fresh. One recent encounter they missed one burger in the drive thru but management was quick to remedy the situation. I was already home so they mailed a generous coupon within one days time. Overall very satisfied with this location, thank you

Clean Mcdonalds with clean play place. Usually very busy. You can typically find homeless people hanging around inside and outside.

Ordered 2 spicy mccrispy's with bacon added to each. Got home to find no bacon and a burger that looks like it had been thrown across the restaurant.

Well what can i say...... it's a hit amd miss with the McDonald's. Some times you get great food. Others its either not enough sauce or lettuce. Cold fries. I miss the drink machine they use to have. Service is a hit amd miss as well. Depending on the time you go. Always check your bag if you order take out!!!! They mix up orders .

No ketchup dispensers beside one of the soda dispenser that's out of order... one of the order screen defective and another that doesn't give a receipt. Also many many deranged people coming in and out of here. I felt for a moment I was the only normal person inside, ugh. At least they upgraded my 1/4 pounder to a BLT without telling me and at no extra charge, thanks.
