Great place, staff are friendly. Manager seems really nice, doing some red light therapy to help with really bad psoriasis. Anytime I walk in, there is always a bed ready! Super happy with service

The place is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and engaging. I've had the chance to speak with two of the staff and the owner. They have answered all my questions and I never once felt like I didn't have their full attention.I've tried a handful of tanning places and this one has the most modern beds I've come across. The beds are also much larger than most other places I've tried.And the best part is I have never personally had to wait for a bed. So far there has always been one available when I walk in.I was able to discuss the lotion options with the owner in detail, and he was able to clearly explain the different benefits of each.Note: When reviewing the website make sure you're looking at the Waterloo location details as there is slight variations in the available options from the Barrie location.

Sunset tan is super clean. Sam is so amazing and caring , she helped me to pick a lotion by describing what each of them do, as well as proper skin care before and after tanning. I also did not know the difference between the beds at sunset tan and the bed at my previous tanning salon, she informed me about the beds here and made me feel sure and secure about choosing this tanning salon.

I would definitely recommend Sunset Tan as they are the best in the KW area and have many locations. They provide great customer service, professionalism, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and modern facility and just amazing. Wouldn’t recommend any other tanning business! I would rate this place 20/10.

She was so helpful and accommodating around my vacation for my month tanning package, prioritizing customer satisfaction over their own profits. Can't thank you enough!

I have been using this business since high-school. Always go before sunny trips or during those winter months! No matter who is working, you always get amazing service and an awesome tan. The employees care about their clients and safe tanning measures are in place to keep it safe. They are very knowledgeable, and keep the space super clean and welcoming. Glen and his staff make this place 10/10!
