They are a Passport Office" but they do not carry passport applications. The service feels like (what can i say to make them leave as fast as possible). Hardly ever helpful."

Staff including Commissionaires security are very helpful. But be prepared to wait longer for passports if you come after 1pm (M-F).

It is regarding the operation hours Same thing happen with me two times. I reached service Canada 02.55pm and the female security guard said we are so so busy just wait outside that's day one and I left from there at 03.55pm. Second day I reached at 03.00 pm and the same security lady told me just wait outside we will call you but 03.35 pm she said we can't take any si gle person inside. How they said at 03.55 pm that we don't take any cli t inside. I m very disappointed
