McDonald's Management, staff & your customers should all be ashamed of yourselves! An extremely ill dog was abandoned in your parking lot for 2 days and you did absolutely nothing about it. It had a veterinary cone on it's neck so it couldn't eat or drink. It had lost most of it's hair due to a severe and painful condition. Finally a good Samaritan rescued it and took it for treatment. Shame on all of you.

An amazing clean location with attentive staff. The staff are friendly, well presented, and professional. I know that the area can be sketchy, but this might have been the best McDonald's that I've ever been in.

Says open 24 hrs ... lights are all on , but I pulled into here 8 times in the last 2 weeks on my redeye commute and there's milk crates in the gateway.. at least turn off your lights if your not gunna be open so people don't waste their time pulling off the hwy... never coming here again

The restaurant is finally back open. They decided to take away the fountain pop, and you can't get a refill at the counter.That's pretty cheap. Soda costs practically nothing. Free refills are a staple of McDonald's.Bring it back or there's no reason to come here anymore.

No way to get water/refill your bottle without waiting in line and asking someone to do it for you. Bathroom is no go as you can’t fit anything under the faucet. No self serve soda machine, feels like we can’t be trusted on our own.

Food took forever. Order was wrong. Then the replacement burger was 15 minutes to make. If you want to overcome the homeless living in your parking lot, fix your service. But lousy ambience, security guards walking around, lousy and slow service doesn't translate into people coming back.

First time going here since the interior was upgraded and it's nice and modern and bright, however you can feel a little lost when you walk in. There should probably be a little more direction as to where you're supposed to go if you want to order at the counter or the kiosk. Even a few arrows on the floor would make it easier to navigate.The rest is the usual McDonald's experience that you'd expect from Duncan.

It's McDonald's. What did you expect. The food is average, the fries were at least hot. That is always a bonus. You get what you pay for and you know what you are getting. You like it or you don't. Good for a quick meal on the road that is fast.

Stopped in for a coffee and snack and to see the renovation. Looked good! It's been a long time since I've been here and the prices are crazy high like everywhere else. I'll continue to make my coffee at home!
