Maintenance experience was top notch. Was there a sales portion - absolutely but it was not high pressure and more as a knowledge base. As for the task at hand (maint) while scheduling was a bit of a gong show - the work itself and discussion of my equipment was fantastic.

Reliance installed a new furnace a couple of days ago with just one day notice. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Previously they also installed a hot water heater and air conditioning unit at our house. I highly recommend this business. Very easy to deal with and they stand behind their products.

I’m only leaving one star because I can’t leave zero. The AC we had installed last year hasn’t been working properly since, but is especially causing us issues this summer. Trying to reach the Edmonton branch is impossible and we’re lucky if a tech shows up at all during our scheduled appointment time. Reliance waited just a couple of days over our 1 year warranty to schedule an electrician and now they want to charge us for the service call. But do you think I could get a hold of the electrician or get him to return my calls since he just wants to drop by with no appointment booked? Nope. None of my voicemails returned and the office manager has not responded to my husband’s emails requesting a simple call.I assure you, we’re not difficult people. AC is a huge expense and we just want a properly working unit but getting any type of help from reliance has been like pulling teeth. Will be taking this matter to court since I cannot seem to reach anyone who will attend to this problem and I’d recommend anyone I know to avoid this company. Kicking myself for not going with someone local.

Everybody was professional. Corey, Elroy and Von were very knowledgeable. They were very helpful and very patient in explaining to me the installation process. You will really feel that they love what they are doing and you can see it in their work. Highly recommended team.

Leaking tank. Middle person/agent responded but we have tomwait till next day to use! SuggestTo shut off the water tank. And we have to wait for next day! What is the use of having 24/7 emergency assistance if not getting any respond to from them. Loose trimming is what the cause and not properly installed

Came home to a cold house with -20°C outside. Called Reliance and was told a technician would be out within 4 hours. Before the scheduling lady was done, I already received a call from the technician that he’d be there in 45 minutes. Upon arrival he was polite and got to work. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. System was back up, and the house is nice and warm.Was worried about on-call evening pricing, but everything was transparent. I have put their number by the HVAC.

The team was beyond my expectations in both their proficiency and their high standards by which they represent loyalty to their company and more especially to the customer.Jeff the salesman was fantastic. His knowledge and assistance was invaluable to us.Ian and the installation team went way beyond our expectations and we are so appreciative because of it.They were able to install the furnace and air conditioning unit suspended from the rafters in our crawl space rather than on the main floor which as you know there are many benefits.We thank you for the fantastic experience, and we look forward to having a long relationship with Reliance.Also …. Our neighbours were so impressed by my new furnace/ air conditioner, and the installation team, that they plan to look at a new furnace and water system.Makes me look good !!!Thank you so much !

Great service.Kevin was very polite, efficient, professional, quick and knowledgeable. He installed our new Water Heater and we couldn't be more pleased.Dan came over to quote for our furnace and was great as well. Very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Will be following up for our Furnace needs with them as well.Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Reliance is such a great company to work with. They were able to attend to our needs quickly and professionally. They were also very reasonably priced, I was relieved to not be over charged. Gavin was so pleasant to work with, friendly and knowledgeable.We will definitely be working with them again.
