As an associate with this company, along with others in my work place. People werent getting paid, no ones recieved pay stubs. Trying to get responses or someone to answer a phone or email is impossible.Thankfully our company is switching providers, I wouldnt recommend being a temporary worker through Robertson. Lackluster providers, short comings and not quality professionalism.

Robertson & Company have somehow managed to get a hold of my phone number without me ever applying to them or reaching out as a recruiter. They have called me 5x in the past week and a half. They never leave a voicemail or text message - I assumed it was spam and decided to Google them. Extremely unprofessional business practice.

One of the recruiter in the company posted jobs and arranged a call with me and told me that he’ll be updating me on the recent openings they have.I sent him a follow up after 2 days on linkedin, no responsee!Its been 4 weeks almost and I have been ghosted. I also emailed another recruiter from this company and neveeer received a response.Waste of time!!

I had a great experience with this agency. The consultant I dealt with was upfront and honest about the position, the money and what I could expect from him. He also knew my field well and only presented positions to me that were appropriate (I work as a Business Analyst in financial services and that is NOT always the case). He presented two roles to me both were with Tier 1 banks. I worked through them for a year before being hired full time. They were always returned my calls immediately and resolved any problems I had. I would work through them again.
