Went in to this place with 4 empty jugs and dude that works there didnt give a deposit charged me for 2 jugs of chlorine only paid for in because it was near my house and the other pool places were closed and i needed it. Meanwhile last week my wife went in with 2 empty jugs and got 2 free full jugs of chlorine what a scam this place is we will not be back hope he enjoys that 16 bucks.

They are very helpful and have a lot of patience! I had so many questions since I never had a pool before and he answered all my questions and never rushed me. Worth the 45 minute drive!

I am a first time pool owner, but after visiting Mr. Pleasure Pools I feel much more confident. They were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be choosing them for any of my pool needs in the future, Thanks again!!

I called them 4 minutes before they closed, and spoke with Jerry, asking him if there was any way he can leave a pressure valve for me next door at the convenience store, and I would send my wife with money the next day to pay for it, as I had to work the next 3 days from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and needed the pressure valve to be able to put the opening chemicals into my pool that night. He told me that that would be fine, and then I asked if there was any way I could leave the money for him and he said that I could just put it in the mail slot through the front door of the store when I arrived. He gave me a great price on the pressure gauge, but I left $20 in the mail slot as a thank you for his outstanding service. I have never even been in that store before, and I live in a different town, but Jerry did an outstanding job and I would definitely shop there again, and hopefully will one day get to meet Jerry and shake his hand and say thank you again for what he did.

Staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I've had a really tough time getting my pool cleared up and they've been really great. They really go out of their way for customers.

I question if they water down the chlorine. I put 2 jugs in a 18ft above ground. Yet the algae is not dying in my pool. Anywhere else. I get chlorine 1 jug is more than enough.
