Had a tough job involving removing a large, heavy 120 gallon water storage tank from my basement.Was concerned about my white carpeted spiral staircase.The guys got her out, brought in my new one same size ,not a mark on anything! Price was fair, punctual and did the job no body else could handle. Forget googling heavy movers and call Surefire.Thanks alot guys.

Just had the same issue that Crystal lady did but on the Anthony henday, the same guy but this time driving a 5 ton inclosed truck was driving down the henday in two lanes running a red dodge off the road into another lane an than almost hits the back of the truck. That guy should be dealt with cause he almost caused two accidents today.

Surefire, has been wonderful to deal with. Their service is always efficient and reliable. Their dispatch team too, is fantastic to work with. We are truly happy with this company and look forward to continued business!

I have been dealing with this company for years. It is a family run business with exceptional customer service. They never over commit and will tell you right away if they will not be able to make a delivery (which doesnt happen very often). Great company and great group of people! Would recommend to anyone!

So this 5ton flat deck drove me off the yellow head highway going 100km .. apparently there was some one merging into the driver of this trucks lane so he felt it was safe to drive into my lane forcing myself and 2 young children into the median ... this guy with long white hair driving the 5 ton has no compassion to stop and see that we were ok .. after getting back up onto the highway after a witness stopped to make sure we were ok we caught up to the guy and confronted him and asked him why he didn't stop too see we were all ok .. he admittedly said he had no choice because of the car that forced him into my lane .. after 2 days of trying to contact the company the boss" said he already talked to the guy and said that he didn't run me off the highway.... these people have no compassion or social skills and he had no interest in resolving this issue .. nothing will be done about it and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with these ignorant ass holes !!!!! Needless to say I will be filing a formal complaint and bringing this to the attention of the media"

The Guys working dispatch are great and very efficient . The drivers have always been professional and freindly. They are punctual and always get our orders out the door in a timely manner. Would recommend for your business needs

We use this company ALOT where i work and I cannot express how wonderful the drivers are but also the rest of the team, if you want good solid workers i would give them a call!

We used Surefire to send a load of stainless kitchen equipment to a job site and their truck driver damaged one of our pieces. We put in a claim and they told us they would get back to us ASAP. We didn't hear back for about 3 months and when we called to follow up someone there LAUGHED in our faces and said we weren’t going to get anywhere with our claim. Instead of offering some sort of solution they offered no help and we are being forced to pay for the repairs ourselves. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
