Great Clips

I had my hair cut with Great Clip in Ontario many times before and very happy with the Hairstylists. Just moved to this area and read a review of this location. I heard that Jilly had experience with curly hair. So, I thought I gave Jilly a try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with her skills. She cut my hair way too short than what I had asked her to do. Not only that, the bottom of my hair is also absolutely ugly, uneven in length. OH Men! When I look at my hair, I feel like crying. Finally, I had to ask my husband to trim certain length of my hair to improve the look ....Perhaps, she was excited and wanted to serve the next client who came after me. Jilly talked to him as they knew each other from before. I will NEVER go back to Jilly and this location. I regret that I gave her tips. After I left the salon, I felt very bad that I tipped Jilly to have a bad hair cut. Sad!

Seemed good at first, but the staff does not know what they're doing. They end up cutting more hair than told, they don't even double check with you before they proceed to cut the hair, they just cut it and ask you afterwards. Whats sorry going to do when the damage has already been done, and not fixable? They've screwed up 2 of my family member's hair...Will not be coming back here.

Absolutely terrible. I just came back from the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Prior to the cut, I had long, curly and fluffy hair in a middle part. I showed a picture of a messy top with a fade which I wanted to get and they told me no problem. She then cut all of my side and back hair off without fading it whatsoever and I also told her to keep the top decently long. She cut pretty much all of it off. It looks nothing like the picture and was $25 for anything but what I asked for. Terrible experience please never come here.

Had a haircut for my 2 year old, the hairdresser did a wonderful job. I will certainly recommend.

Love to go to Great Clips as I don’t need to wait in line (because I always use the app to check in prior to going for a haircut for me or my son). Other places you have to make appointments way in advance or just go there and wait in line for a long time and are more expensive too. Great service and always satisfied with haircut in this location.

The stylists are all very friendly and I'm always satisfied with my cut. They have a seniors price too.

Pretty bad experience with the lady who did my hair. My last few visits at this location been quite unpleasant. I have decided not to go there again.

I've been going to this Great Clips location for years. Their staff is super kind. As someone who has anxiety getting hair cuts due to my hair type (curly/wavy fine hair), the staff really makes me feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Erim and Ziem. Erim is super knowledgable about hair and hair cuts, and Ziem is really kind and gave me an amazing haircut today based on the reference photo I showed her.I will continue to get my hair cut from this location.10/10 service, and 10/10 people.

I just got a hair cut. I asked the stylist to suggest a style and she did. I am extremely happy with the results!

Eram did a fantastic job of cutting my hair after over 1 year of not getting a haircut due to the pandemic. Showed her a picture of the style I was looking for and she nailed it. Also asked plenty of questions during the haircut to make sure she wasn’t cutting too short which I appreciated. Quick and efficient, well done!
