I'm driving a Propane powered School Bus, which was converted into an RV. After some banter and arm twisting, Eric agreed to help me. It's impossible to find a reliable propane specialist in Ottawa, the propane industry is severely lacking in customer service and product cross-functionality. I'm glad I was able to find Bytown Auto Propane, as they were the only ones in the city who carried what I needed, and sold it to me for a reasonable price. Despite not wanting to look at my bus, I'll be bringing it to them for service, as they're the only ones certified and competent enough to do the work. Worth the price, what-ever it ends up being.

I ran into car issues and found ByTown in the yellow pages. Eric took very good care of me and my car. Gave me a fair price and honest work. He was very patient with my questions, and very thorough in his explanations of the work. He gave me a complimentary inspection to let me know of any other issues that might be arising in the future with my vehicle. They have found a customer for life. I want to give a shout out to Eric at Baytown auto propane. I needed my left front tire checked and fixed on my Ford F150 to determine cause of tire loosing air. Eric drove my truck in the shop found the cause of leak-a nail. Eric repaired it on the spot and made sure all tires were good and at right pressure. He assured me I did not need a set of new tires which was first good news. Than I went to pay and my day was made after he waived any payment! I drove away with a smile in my heart and on my face.
