I had my air conditioner and my garage furnace bought and installed through Read’s Heating. The guys were great. They were respectful and professional. They cleaned up after themselves The price was very competitive and the work was impeccable.My house furnace quit during a very cold snap this past winter. I called Read’s Heating and they were at my house right away. The tech took a part of my furnace to the shop and was back at my house before 2 hours were up. I had heat that night. I didn’t get charged a small fortune for an emergency call and the tech was bound and determined that I wouldn’t freeze.This is an excellent, knowledgeable, professional local business. I highly recommend them.

I hired this company for the installation of a second furnace, for a legal suite. They designed a very good solution on how to install the ducts without removing the ceiling, saving me a lot of money. The execution was done well and in timely manner, and I had good communication with every person from the company that I was in contact with. I also called them for small repairs, and they were very responsive, solving the problem in the same day!

We hired Reads Heating to do our AC like 3months ago. Me and my husband were hesitant at first but we are more than glad that we used this company. Excellent work, product is top of the line, very professional in communication, and smooth procedure. My neighbor installed theirs from somebody else about the same time as ours. They have lots of issues. I recommended Reads Heating to them and again, this company did an amazing job. We will hire them again to install a garage heater soon. I definitely recommend this company....good job guys! keep up the good work.

If there employees are anything like their customer service no thank you. Employee that drives truck with plate ckd5777 has a horrible attitude and likes to threaten people and elderly. I will make sure everyone knows this about the company. Get better employees and maybe you may get better reviews

The Service Technican showed up but did absolutely no work. He looked at the work completed by the developer and said it looked OK. He had not interest in actually repairing anything. I would never, never allow them back into our home..

I was given Reid's contact by a Contractor who I engaged to develop my basement for a quote. After waiting for 2 weeks without a quote I called back to follow up and I complained to the lady on the other side of the line about their not forthcoming and she responded in the most unprofessional way I have ever seen. She was so rude and told me that by complaining I was harassing her. When I asked her that how could customer's complaint now be an harassment, she hung up on me. This is so ridiculous. I can only imagine what the experience would be - if I could get this kind of treatment before signing the dotted line, then it will be hell after it. I am happy this is happening before commitment.

Pay less get less, mediocre ductwork quality (a new technician practiced ductwork using our house at 16435 17 ave sw, not to name his name). Hot supply vents leak lots of air, certain rooms are much colder than others. Unfixable without removing all of the 1st floor ceiling. If you want to practice your new inexperienced technicians, send them to small duplexes with simple ductwork, and don't send them to big detached houses til they are fully qualified with air distribution.

Live in a new house and heat wasn't working. Called our builder and they sent Reads heating out. Kept in touch by calling and messaging us. Arrived in time, identified the problem straight away. Fixed and sorted. We had Gurdit and he was a real credit to the company. Friendly yet professional. A real star who went above and beyond. Thank you
