Sam in Sales and Marco the Sales Manager did a great job closing the deal and getting me on the road with my new ride quickly. Sam was particularly knowable about the Tesla I bought (which I was not expecting from a Kia dealer) and went above and beyond to find me a CCS adapter.A pleasure to do business with!

Mark Shin is very courteous and respectful and last but not least, very throughout. I don’t normally expect dealership service advisors to be extremely knowledgeable but at least be helpful because customer service is what their jobs main focus and that’s what I like about Mark. I really wished every Kia dealer service advisor would have a work ethic like him but clearly Kia being Kia that ain’t going to happen. At the end of the day I think as a service advisor Mark does his job remarkably although my front seat is still broken but that’s out of his control. 5 star for this guy.

Just bought our brand new 2022 Kia Seltos from Francis from this location and they were able to find me exactly what my husband and I are looking for! After researching and finding out that the Kia brand had refreshed their logo and came up with a new plum interior for the 2022 Kia Seltos, we wanted to check it out in person because we couldn't find any pictures online yet since it's still so new, but we didn't think it was even available yet. But the day we went, and Francis did his magic and found us what we were looking for! It kind of was like it was meant to be. Thank you again, you guys are awesome! We are happy with our purchase! :)

4.5 stars to Teddy and Marco in sales. They were helpful and respectful. Marco made sure he did what he could to get me in the car I wanted. Teddy did a great job with the sale and was honest as he could be. Compared to most car salespeople, they weren't overly pushy. I would have appreciated more transparency, but overall the experience was good.2 stars to Tim in finance. I have worked 15 years in customer service and manage a business. It seemed to me that Tim has a lot to learn about customer service. He was pushy and rushed, seemed to be personally offended that I didn't want to overspend, seemed exasperated that I actually wanted to read what he was asking me to sign (shocker) and that I wanted to fully explore financing opportunities available to me through both the dealership and through my bank. He acted as if my purchase was an inconvenience to him. Tim needs to remember that the customer can take their business wherever they please, and they have chosen to bring their business to you. It's your job to ensure your customers are happy and confident that they have made the right decision, especially for a purchase this large.Compared to other car purchases I have made, this experience was about average, so 3 stars overall.
