No customer service. Set up appointment to meet on site and then didn't show up. Not even a phone call.

I contacted Drury well drilling to inquire about a well inspection on a tight deadline for a real estate transaction. Parker returned my call promptly and showed up to do the job within 12 hours!! Fantastic customer service, very thorough and educational inspection. I would highly recommend Parker to anyone looking to have their well serviced or inspected. On point in all aspects. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had a horrible experience. These guys connected a water line from our pumphouse to our house. It was approximately 60ft long and they charge $125/pp/hr to install. After an almost $7000 bill we expected good workmanship. We found out in the winter after it froze 4 different times that they only placed the pipe 2 feet underground and with no insulation. We had to hire someone else to correct the pipe as these guys would not return our calls.

Great service and quick work of a submersible well pump replacement. Water was back on the same day.

I read the previous negative review and wondered about it because the company I have hired to install a water purification system spoke very highly of them. The company advised that they had received only positive feedback and that Drury Well Drilling is the only company they refer their new clients. Unfortunately i am not able to say from personal experience whether they are good or not. I have been trying to connect with Bob Drury since the last week of September. The first time I left a message. I did not receive a return call. The second time I called, it was a Saturday morning. I spoke to Laura. I provided my contact information and the reason for my call. She advised that she would have Bob Drury call back. He did call back about three business days later and left a message indicating he probably couldn't get to me for two to three weeks and that if I needed someone sooner I should contact someone else. I called him back and explained my situation. I told him that I had heard so many good things that I would wait. He told me to call him the following Wednesday at 7:30 am. I did. At that time, he asked me to refresh his memory as to why I was calling. I explained my situation for the third time. He took my contact information and said he would come by the next morning. I asked him exactly when he would be coming and what he would do. He said he would come mid morning and that he would bring a pump and assess the well. I waited until 12 noon and called to see if he was still coming or not. By one o'clock I did not receive a return call and had to leave for an appointment. I called and left a message to say that I was not able to wait any longer. I have not received a call from Bob Drury nor anyone else from Drury Well Drilling. I am very disappointed. I have given one star because it is the only way I can post this review. However, I would not award any stars to this company at this time.

They were able to come out on short notice when my pump quit. They had us up and running the next day. Amazing crew to work with!
