Paradise Flex Service Car Wash & Detailing Center

Came to get a car wash at 6:43 and they were already closed. I asked the guy how can you close 20 min early when people have paid memberships he said come back tomorrow. I am canceling my membership first thing in the morning!

Update:: The response to my review was even worse!! It is NOT worth paying the money! DO NOT GO HERE!!I was able to clean my interior with 2 basic car wipes!!! The excuse and the service is so sub par! I have tried this place at least 6 times since they opened and have received inconsistent cleaning and tragically consistent lack of quality.After reading the Local Guide reviews listed below I am shocked they are giving such high stars. I can only assume they are bits or used to overpaying for shotty work and service!Sub-rate place! Horribly overpriced and poor quality of work!My car was not that dirty and for $32 I paid to have my exterior washed and interior cleaned! BEWARE cleaning" is a term used loosely here and referred to as "wiped down" interior! This REALLY translates to dusting!!!I have bug slatter still on my windshield and dust/crumbs in my center console!!!Called to complain and was on hold for 15 minutes AFTER the girl on the phone told me that's what I should expect because it costs MORE for them to CLEAN my car! They only dust and clean windows!!!"

I purchased the top most expensive option but the wheels were not sprayed with the wax spray. I think maybe it was broken.Just get the basic option.

Car wash was good, detail job not so much.To spend $50 for wash and detail and still have dust and dirt where it should be clean and sparkling is very frustrating, and had tipped before getting in.

I’m changing my 5 star review from a few years ago to a one star. They did a terrible job cleaning and we had paid for the admiral full service wash plus added mats. Awful job and won’t be coming back. The last few times I have been here have been disappointing but this was unacceptable for the amount of money they charge.

Stopped by today for the first time, ordered their top level “Ceramic” wash for $24. Not impressed. The wash hardly took care of the minimal amount of bugs that were on the front of my SUV, and the wheels still have brake dust all over them. There are also dirty spots on the back where the brushes missed. The air dryers didn’t really dry the car either and I spent a decent amount of time with my own towels to take care of that. Honestly not any better than a Holiday car wash at half the price. That’s about it, now I’m going to head to the garage and get out my wheel cleaner and detail spray to take care of everything that was missed. Oh and the first parking spot I tried for vacuuming didn’t have any vacuums with any suction. For only a couple bucks more Gerrings in Wayzata does a FAR better job with hand drying the car and the wash there actually gets it clean.

Would recommend this place to anyone...they have gone the extra mile numerous times for me. Further updates..I have the unlimited member ship now and I LOVE IT ! No matter how much mud is on my truck they pressure wash it all off with out one complaint, although I have had to go thru twice so I diddnt hold up the line for so long. One time I went there with 6 inches of snow and ice build up from a winter storm and they sprayed it all off. I had them detail my truck before I sold it and I personally think that is why it sold in 3 days. Check out the pictures I attached. Amazing!!!! The workers are the people show should get all the credit they really take pride in what they do and it shows....THANKS!

Hands down the best full service car wash I used. Our truck was full of dog hair, dust and grime and they didn't miss a spot. The waiting area and bathroom are also kept nice and tidy.

I went to get a carwash a couple of months ago and now I just realized I have been charged every month some plan" or "subscription" which doesnt make sense because when I was there I never even asked about plans or subscriptions so they have been charching me for nothing during the past months"

Despite some poor reviews I highly recommend paradise car wash in maple grove. I recently brought my vehicle in for the complete package and they did an amazing job on the interior and exterior. I usually detail my own vehicles but when I saw the price they were offering for their services I was intrigued. They did a much better job than I could do myself and in a fraction of the time. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done by noon.
