This place was a mess when it came to picking up food you ordered. People who ordered after other customers were just grabbing food that wasn't theirs. When the rush left one if staff members even said that was so bad". Should have the customers follow a line as well for the food since it should be made and served in order. Needs better management when it comes to service for sure."

The best Tims I ever went. Service is amazing, the staff is showing dedication in making drinks or foods. I used to order at this store very frequently, I remembered a crew member called Albert one day I drop my phone accidentally at store he even help me keep it and return for me next day. I feel very grateful. if u order there is line up, please also respect the team member as they always thrive their best to serve peoples request.

Great food, drinks, and staff BUT there's one thing that's driving me absolutely insane. It's the migraine-inducing squealing of the toaster that's constant, all day, all day. Seriously if it's hurting my ears I can't imagine what it's doing to the staff ears. How management would let an issue like that persist for so long is beyond me. If it isn't fixed ASAP I'm calling the Corporate OR the BBB. What a joke, take care of your equipment.

We go to this Tim Hortons almost every day for coffee before work. Normally, the service is exceptional, and we have no issues with the food. However, this time we had parchment paper stuck in our bagel. Not the end of the world, but the lack of care when it was brought to their attention was the problem. I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service or effort to rectify the situation. We will be taking a break from this location for a while.

Always a pleasant space to meet and share with a friend. My visit yesterday made me sit somewhere different from my usual spot. When I went to sit, I noticed the dirt and grease build up on the floor in the corner. I felt disappointed as the rest of the store looked great, but it is the little details that matter too! Otherwise, I had a pleasant visit.

Staffs who had eye contacts with me all greeted me and offer to serve. Donuts looked fresh with varieties of selections. Chris packed 2 dozens of donuts and was happy to get napkins and some small bags for me. Chris explained about Tim's REWARDS. The best Tim's I have been to. Thank you Chris for an amazing service and Eugene who greeted me with a warm smile. Thank you for making my day super delightful.

This Tim Hortons experience is gonna depend a lot on the time of day. It’s in a congested commercial centre so coming here at lunch rush is gonna be just that, a rush. The parking and facilities at any time of day are more then adequate, until lunch. It’s busy, so be ready for it. They do a good job of locking and keeping the restroom clean and tidy, just need to ask for the key. Staff are great, no worries there.

Some of the employees are extremely rude. Most tables are dirty for long hours. The way they clean the tables is in fact spreading germs as they use the same towel in wiping a table after the other, and this method does not remove the stains properly from the tables or the chairs. Bad manager during the day. Also, some homeless people with mental problems go there.
