Eclectic Treasure Something Old Something New

We first encountered Eclectic Treasures a few years ago when our son was in a hockey tournament and couldn't believe our eyes. We tried to go back last year (2021) after things reopened, but he (the owner) was making changes and wasn't ready to open yet. Yesterday we finally made it back there again and went on a treasure hunt. During covid, he added quite a few shelves so that he could better display his treasure trove of unique items. Not sure if it will be this year but, we will be going back yet again. The owner welcomes everybody and likes to talk to the customer.

Today we discovered the amazing and vast collection of antiques and other collectables at Eclectic Treasures in St. Mary’s, Ontario. A big thank you goes to the owner, Bruce, for the fascinating tour of his store.

Went in today looking for unique xmas presents. Owner was incredibly nice, he greeted everyone who came in, and offered to help me if i couldn't find something. The store is a jumbled maze and it's awesome looking through everything.

It is an experience" but be careful! Stuff is piled high and I felt like it was very unsafe to walk through the aisles or go to the second floor. Prices are way too high."

Drove an hour and half to find out the store closed.I get the problem with covid and social distance. But, there should be a notice on the web site stating the store is closef

The place is a hoard, stuff piled on stuff, prices are pretty steep, sometimes a used item is priced higher then a brand new one. Books are an example. The owner, amazing, smart man, and he knows where everything is. Sooooo many unique pieces of everything, truely a fun experience to wander through the narrow isles and piles of stuff also its always a joy to chat with the owner. Hes a very knowledgable man. Pleasant, friendly. I only subtracted a star due to his prices...... i didnt try and negotiate either.

Bruce is definitely a rare find amongst all of the wonderful assortment of eclectic wares. Visiting from Charleston, SC. Would recommend to anyone to make this a stop while visiting Canada.
