The lack of care and coordination for my dying mother is revolting. I get physically sick from thinking about how many times we have fallen through the cracks and yet it still continues. Not only have they put my mother through an emotionally, mentally, and physically taxing rollercoaster of care but they have also failed to help our family cope in one of the most difficult times any family has to face in anticipation of loss. We figured that a large and we'll known agency would provide us with a high quality of care but we haven't even come close to 'adequate' care. What makes this even worse is that this agency is one of the only places you can turn to for support and yet they fail to provide even the basic standards of support services. Truly disgusted.
