Worst customer service! Purchase hot tub that had parts falling off. Took 3 months to get parts and they didn't return to put it on but left a message we can pick it up and do it ourselves. Refused services but happy to collect your money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!

This is to try and get Google to remove the review from Darin Farquhar. I know of no person by this name. Our company has never sold this person anything. This name does not exist when I look it up locally, and they have no info on their Google page. I suspect that this is a competitor posting a negative review since they have no response to our responses and no valid contact info. It is also clearly Slandering our name. I've tried to have it removed and no one from Google ever contacts me. Would you please remove it or at least contact me to Review this review. Thank You

Great business we had a urgent repair on our pool and they fit us in. And they came in under the estimate

I am looking at my swimming pool in my yard and am amazed that it is my yard, it is beautiful. We had Southside Pools and Spas build our pool in July. The guys did such a fantastic job, I didn't realize how much work was involved in building a pool. They were cheerful despite working in the heat. We have had so much fun this summer. We have been in the pool almost every day, our kids thank us all the time for getting the pool. Thank you Southside for our best summer ever.

Awful customer serviceDid a service call to replace a skimmer, did that and caused a leak around the skimmerCame back and said that coincidentally there is another leaks and it’s not caused by the skimmer.Turns out it is the skimmer after all and tons of $$$ was wasted all summer to find the supposed new leak.They refuse to own up to their responsibility and said they won’t fix it!! And will no longer provide service.Also when they installed the pool heater they caused a gas leak which led to an emergency call even though I told them I could smell gas before they left.

I went in to get pool chemicals explaining I've never had a pool before. I said i thought I needed shock and chlorine. She told me I would need this other product too, then walked away. No other conversation, questions or responses. I found her very unhelpful and rude. I won't return.

Don't waist your money they don't care about follow up or servicing you after they get paid... terrible service ( and yes we have a pool from you and its not under my name its in my wife's name). 2 years ago we called to get some service done they told us they would book us in and would call us back.. we called back a few weeks later they forgot about us... then they said they would get back to us and never did so we contacted another local company. This year same problem exactly and still have not called us back... so please don't waist your money you will regret it, I've talked to a number of people that have had the same problem. we are now using another local pool company and wow talk about great customer service.... Stay away from Southside....Don't try to lie and say it was our your fault regarding the liner. you left a huge crease in it and said oh well, no big deal ( we are over it, we know you have sub par craftsmanship) ..as per you saying we demanded you fixing the solar panel, in our first few calls that you never would return we said we could wait and were glad to wait and pay, but as to your follow up service you never got back to us, .. we are in sturgeon falls, is that too far 30 km?...your employee called us back after 2 and 1/2 years, and called us liars saying we never called you ( how did she know to call us) and we called her on it, that's when she got angry and started belittling us. since we stared dealing with the other pool company we have found out we are not the only ones complaining about your very bad service... They will lie publicly to try to protect themselves and their terrible service. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS,

I had an above ground pool installed by Southside pools in Sturgeon Falls and the entire experience start to finish was incredibly professional, Tim and his crew showed incredible knowledge and experience as well as answered all of our questions. The neighborhood kids and my family absolutely love the pool, thanks again for such a positive experience with your company.

I recently purchased and received a Marquis Vector Spa and I am very impressed. They delivered and placed it on my deck and got me all set up. The jets feel amazing and has already improved my lower back pain. I highly recommend going with this local business, they were great!

Purchased a pool, but could not wait for them to install due to demand. Performed setup myself, and they made themselves available as needed to help me out. Great customer services, great products!
