Newly opened, super clean and very welcoming! Went there to try their mocha and was not disappointed. Staff is friendly and the branch is quite large honestly. I’m really glad it opened in Montreal because it’s only the 2nd branch here and their donuts are EXQUISITE. Will be coming back :)

We love donuts by Krisp Kreme. There originals are our favourite & creme filled are 2nd on list for us. This new location in downtown is pretty clean & well designed. They had most of thr flavours and staff was pretty good as well.Good for Concordia students, they can now enjoy best donuts in walking distance from university.

The service and the location are great! But the donuts were so stale and bland - I wish I tried a few before I bought a box. Honestly surprised how bad it was.Try the other downtown location instead.

I've had Krispy Kreme donuts before in the UK and they're always fresh and soft there. Unfortunately the donuts in this particular cafe really do not do justice to the donuts I've had from this brand before. I got 2 donuts - the classic Kreme one and the cinnamon apple, and they were both beyond dried out. It tasted as if they had been sitting on the shelf for more than a day or two. It made me sad because I remember Krispy Kreme donuts being really nice in the past!
