They stand behind their work. I had a custom dog collar made almost 2 years ago and I experienced a small issue. I called in and explained the issue and they said to bring it in. After looking at it they did not like that the keeper was too big causing the collar to slip out. They asked for 2 hours to make the repair. They cleaned and colour matched the new parts. The collar is perfect and the issue was corrected. The charge was $0.00 because, it shouldn't have happened". I wish more companies I have dealt with had pride in their work just like Tundra Leather."

Amazing family owned and run leather shop in downtown Hamilton!!!! Kristy, Sylvia and Sean are always so friendly and SO helpful to answer every and any questions you have about products, projects or processes. They genuinely love to help share their knowledge and always give options and help you decide what the best materials are for your projects and they also make the highest quality finished leather goods I have seen anywhere!!! Their shop is always full of beautiful handmade items and just a joy to visit!

Excellent artisan work. Years ago, I asked these guys to make a custom leather case for my camping saw. For years this case has served me well. I used the wax treatment they recommended right away. A few times this case had been left out in heavy rain and stood the test of time. It is only more handsomely weathered as time passed. Nothing has failed and it withstood wear from saw teeth to this day. The saw itself it no longer in service but I keep it because of the case, which is good to go for many more years.

Excellent craftsmanship for the leather shoulder knife sheath I had custom made. The attention to detail and communication was excellent with the staff. If you need anything leather fixed or custom made. This is the place to go. Staff friendly and they do top notch work. Thanks guys, I look forward to getting more stuff in the future.

Their store was recommended to me by another local Hamilton merchant when I inquired as to where to go to repair a leather handle on a guitar case for a $40,000 guitar. They did the job promptly, professionally, making it look like new, for less cost than their estimate. I could not be more delighted with their service.

Work at Dofasco as a millwright apprentice. Generally good to have some wrenches and channel locks on belt. Kept losing them due to being in bad positions and them slipping out costing money.Ordered 2 custom tool belt pouches to hold spud wrench, small adjustable and some knipex pliers. Was quickly made, got to test them shortly after receiving, really good. Going down ladder, wrench handle caught on wire and turned tool holder upside down. Nothing slipped out. Tool secure, happened mutiple times. No issues.High quality and after the last couple days high durability as well. Looks very good. Wish I could post pictures of there handywork. Definently recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience! I received a gift certificate for Christmas and was excited to finally go in (for the first time), after restrictions eased. Sean was patient, informative, helpful, and altogether real when he was helping me create my new belt with custom embossing.The experience was only surpassed by the exceptional product that I couldn’t wait to get home and show off.Go explore this store and be amazed at the craftsmanship of their products. I will be back many more times.

I have fantastic experiences every time I come into Tundra Leather. Everyone is always welcoming and very attentive at helping me realize my ideas. They have made numerous items for me and the latest leather project is a custom made strap for an Octave mandolin. I honestly feel they are personally invested in every step of each project I have presented to them, giving me advice based on their wealth of experience.Without a doubt, this is my favourite store anywhere in the GTHA area...period!!!! 5 stars PLUS

It was my first time using Tundra Leather through a referral to have some crossback apron sliders made. What a great experience! I was kindly guided through the process and ended up with exactly what I was looking for. They are a great team and the store itself is very cool.
