I have been going to Glendale Cleaners for the past 10 years, especially for alterations and I recently moved from Pickering all the way to Etobicoke North and I am still driving all the way back to Pickering just to use the services of Glendale Cleaners. DO NOT BRING CANADA GOOSE HERE!Canada Goose down-filled parka RUINED. Was returned wet and down was clumped. Outer shell is wrinkled. This is a clear indication of machine washing or some other incompetence.They took it back to 'fix' it, looks the same, just dry. The damage was already done. Ruined. Warranty has been voided on $1500 jacket.Be sure to only use Canada Goose approved dry cleaners. Glendale is NOT Canada Goose approved.Crooks.

I am so happy with this cleaners and alterations company. I find them reasonable in their pricing and the alterations have been fantastic. The gentleman even makes better recommendations on the alterations than what I thought I wanted to do. Great service and very very nice people. (and as a bonus they are so close to my home).

Do not ever use this place for dry cleaning!Had my Canada Goose jacket cleaned here. After being told over the phone they do Canada Goose cleaning I decided to bring in my down filled Canada Goose jacket in. It was returned the first time wet and with a strong bacteria smell. The down was also very clumped up and ruined. I could tell it had been machined washed. The person working there told me that dry cleaning uses chemicals that gets the jacket wet but this should not have left such a strong smell. I left it there for another week because of the condition it was returned in the first time and it came back dry this time but very wrinkled and the down was still not very spread out. Some areas near the shoulders are completely flat. So 2 weeks in the winter without a jacket, $70 lost and no refund, a machined washed jacket which you cannot do, and a voided warranty I have a wrinkled up down jacket that's missing half the down.Please do not ever bring a down filled jacket here. Extremely disappointed. Even the rescript says Canada Goose" on it despite not being authorized by Canada Goose."
